The Menu (2022)

A darkly comedic horror-thriller, The Menu focuses on a group of diners invited to a high-end restaurant on a private island by one of the world's greatest chefs. Shortly after arriving on the island, Margot Mills begins to realize something is strange beyond the perceived pompous nature of the menu. Her suspicions are confirmed when the night turns deadly as the restaurant staff begins to descend into a cult-like madness.

Summary

Anya Taylor-Joy and Nicholas Hoult star in The Menu, a darkly comedic horror/thriller from director Mark Mylod. Margot (Joy) and Tyler (Hoult) travel to a private island to partake of chef Julian Slowik's  (Ralph Fiennes) unique cuisine known world wide. Meeting with several other socalites and food critics, the pair discovers that the menu is stranger than anticipated, and the increasingly erratic behavior of chef Slowik begins to put the remainder of the guests at unease. When a terrifying event occurs at one of the dinners, the guests realize they have been invited for more nefarious pruposes.
