Summary
Following the events of The Division, Tom Clancy's The Division 2 takes place during a deadly smallpox strain outbreak released by an eco-terrorist organization. Dubbed "Green Poison" by the insurgents, the strain became a pandemic and infected several countries. As a result, Washington D.C. is now a lawless warzone, with only The Division to defend it. With D.C. divided into several factions vying for control of the nation's capital, The Division team will have to attempt to control the situation and re-establish order while trying to find and rescue the President. The Divison 2 is a third-person squad-based shooter that allows teams of four custom-created characters to go on excursions in Washington, D.C., and complete various missions. Characters can level up, attain new weapons and gear, and upgrade skills to tackle more dangerous areas in the open-world style map. The game also had three expansion missions: D.C. Outskirts: Expedition, Pentagon: The Last Castle, Coney Island, the Hunt, and the most recent expansion, Warlords of New York.
