The Boss (2016)

Melissa McCarthy stars as Michelle Darnell in The Boss. This movie follows a wealthy woman unused to failure who experiences it in spades when she is imprisoned for insider trading. Released from prison five months later, she returns to the world to see that her former lover has taken over her company and has had all of her assets seized. Penniless and homeless, Michelle turns to the only person willing to tolerate her, her former assistant Claire. Seeing her assistant's daughter's cookie sales, Michelle devises a plan to get back on top by becoming a baron of a girl-scout cookie empire.
