Awesome Terminator Salvation Poster

A killer poster (the first one for the film?) for Terminator: Salvation has surfaced and it’s pretty damned bad-ass.

We don’t have the trailer for you yet as I don’t believe in supporting bootleg copies (Do you hear that studios? Put me in the damned loop already!) but as soon as it’s officially available we’ll put it up for you ASAP. In the meantime, feast on the coolness that is the Terminator 4 poster:

San Diego Comic-Con '08 Wrap Up

So the 2008 San Diego Comic-Con is officially over - today feels like coming down from a “high.” Covering the Con is always a whirlwind, but at least this year (my second covering it) I felt like a was a bit more in control.

We did our best to bring you the lowdown on what is relevant to you although we couldn’t cover everything. That’s the problem with the Con - as far as movies and television almost everything is relevant to what we cover here at Screen Rant: Sci-Fi, superheroes, action and a bit of horror.

We managed to cover:

Terminator Salvation Rated PG-13 or R?

Remember a while back when Warner Brothers confirmed that Terminator Salvation would be a PG-13 rated film? Well, it appears that might not be the case after all.

While talking up the production and showing footage today, director McG revealed:

“We put the picture first at all times. If it’s an R-rated picture, it’s an R-rated picture and that’s that.”

Liveblogging the Terminator Salvation movie panel at Comic-Con 2008.

McG came out and said they’re in the middle of photography in New Mexico right now. Said they weren’t excited about making Terminator 4, they were excited about a new beginning and showing us a part of the story we hadn’t seen before.

New Details On The Christian Bale Assault Arrest

Christian Bale arrested and questioned on assault complaints.

Ok, I know everyone reported this yesterday, but we decided to wait a day to see what additional information would surface on this story to clarify the situation.

Let’s take a look at a very confusing chapter in the star of The Dark Knight, and upcoming movie, Terminator: Salvation, Christian Bale, because this needs a single point of information that up until now, has been scattered about in spurious updates and snippets of news throughout the day since it broke on Tuesday morning, here in the U.S.

Reports say that Christian Bale’s mother and sister filed assault complaints in regards to an altercation that took place at a west London hotel on Sunday.  The allegation of his verbally lashing out at his mother, Jenny Bale and his sister, Sharon Bale, was made at a police station in South England on Monday.  The incident was passed on to the famous Scotland Yard for processing.

Arnold 2.0 Joins Terminator Salvation

Just 24 hours after the teaser trailer for Terminator: Salvation is released, now comes word that (finally) puts to rest the question everyone’s been asking:

“So…what about Arnold?”

Well, true believers, the T-800 will in fact appear. Albeit this time he will be portrayed by actor Rolan Kickinger.

Speaking recently to the Clinton News-Record, he explained:

My first thought? It’s not awful.

Could it be that we’re going to get a worthy addition to the Terminator movie franchise?
