Ok, ok… it’s been a while. No excuses, I’ll just give you the scoop on this week’s topics:

- Marvel’s Thor is moving forward.

- A remake of Enter the Dragon, that isn’t, really.

- Here comes another giant robot movie: Voltron.

- My thoughts on Stardust, which opened this weekend.

In an effort to cut down on the “ums”, “uhs” and other annoying pauses, this week’s rant will be covering fewer topics.

In this week’s rant:

- Iron Man movie stuff, including the photo that crashed my server.

- I introduce the newest Screen Rant contributors: Kane Adrian, Shane Hallaran, Heath “Metal Head” Mcknight, and Bruce Simmons.

This week The Weekly Rant covers a wee bit of Iron Man, Live Free or Die Hard, of course I have to talk about Transformers and the goings on of the super-secret J.J. Abrams monster movie with the codename: “Cloverfield.”

Just a grab bag of stuff from the last week and half including my server crash, thoughts on Fantastic Four 2 being rated PG, Jericho’s return, Lost’s ending, why I’m worried about the recently announced Captain America movie, and more!

Here’s the third (all right!) Screen Rant podcast. So it follows that it will be the third format I’ve done this in as well.

Ok folks, here is my second try at podcasting.

This time I’ve provided an MP3 file using Audacity as recommended by a commenter. I tried using Odeo, but for some reason I couldn’t get the recording to start. This will no doubt take me a few weeks before I settle down into a standard format.

Anyway, I’ve covered the highlights from this week in the podcast including a mini-review of Grindhouse and the reasons it tanked at the box office. Also some Spider-Man 3 tidbits, my thoughts on the possible Scanners remake, David Goyer’s Super-Max movie, the wickedly cool Iron Man armor and more!

I don’t know if this qualifies as a podcast or not, but it’s my first ever try at it. I’m sure that it’s probably not placed here on the site correctly, I don’t know if it will show up in the Newsfeed and it doesn’t have any snazzy intro music. It’s in the format of a .mov file instead of an mp3, and it seems like a pretty big file for the short amount of time that it lasts.

If anyone has any tips on how to do this properly, please either comment below or email me at the link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
