After being struck by a giant meteorite, Susan is turned into a giant and recruited by the US government to stop an alien from invading Earth. Aside from Witherspoon, Monsters vs. Aliens includes a huge voice cast, including Rainn Wilson, Stephen Colbert, Seth Rogen, and Hugh Laurie, to name a few.
