A lot of attention has recently been put on a 2004 graphic novel called Hench, ever since Warner Bros. announced a comedy adaptation of the comic starring Danny McBride (The Foot Fist Way, Pineapple Express). Set to be written by McBride and his Eastbound and Down buddy Shawn Harwell, Hench is the story of a disabled football player who finds work as a henchman for a supervillain.
So what does Hench co-creator Adam Beechen think about the movie adaptation? Well, in talking to Comic Book Resources, Beechen revealed his thoughts about the project:
