On Food Network's Chopped, four chefs compete against each other to create three-course meals (appetizers, entrées, and desserts) from unusual basket ingredients. Hosted by Ted Allen, the show features a rotating panel of judges. Chopped premiered in 2009 and has had many special competitions. Some of them include Chopped Champions, Chopped All-Stars, Chopped Grill Masters, and teen tournaments. It also has a dessert-themed spin-off titled Chopped Sweets hosted by chef Scott Conant.
