Check out this cool image of the T-600 Terminator from the Terminator: Salvation video game. It comes from GamePro.com in a story describing the features of the upcoming movie-based game. I’m not into video games myself, but the image below is photo-realistic and is probably exactly what the pre-Ahnuld Terminator will look like on the big screen.

In the upcoming March issue of GamePro’s magazine you’ll get an inside look at both the upcoming video game and the new Terminator film, including:
- Terminator Salvation’s numerous menacing Terminator machines, including one that makes Arnie’s model look friendly.
- First details on Terminator Salvation’s epic story.
- The weapons used in Salvation’s battle against the machines.
- A guide to all the versions of the humanoid Terminator models, everything from Schwarzenegger’s T-800 up till now.
- Images from both the movie and the game.
- A look back at previous Terminator video games.

I don’t know about you but that sucker looks way more intimidating than the T-800 from the original film did. Over at GamePro.com they also have the cover image of their March issue with a close-up of the “skull.”

looks cool, but I have no faith in a movie tie-in game
Agreed. Although movie based games have a better record than video game based movies.
urgh, a mini-gun, couldn’t see that coming.
That T-600 means BUSINESS, no infiltrating, no hiding, just kill em all.
It is really interesting when taking in the whole mythos of the series (even with T3 which gets unwaranted flak IMO) of the Terminator models’ progression.
From the T-1s to this, the rubber skinned models, Arnold’s model, to the T1000.
Personally, I like Arnold’s T800 model if you consider the fact that it is a model that Skynet struck gold with and uses it as a template. Consider again T3, it was an obsolete design but was able to defeat the TX model.
Cool looking, T4 shots! Have you heard the reaction to the Christian Bale f-bomb incident? Check it out here.

Enjoy.

woaaa looks more deadly than the T-1001
I have to say, I think they made the T600 way too large. I understand the whole concept of getting smaller = more advanced, but if you remember from the movies, the 600 series were also infiltrators, but they were not able to support the living tissue so they had rubber skin. I’m sorry, but a guy THAT big walks up to the door, rubber skin or not, I think anyone who has an IQ over 60 would know to not let him in…
I don’t think he’d even get IN the door, Ken. Or maybe he’s just got a really small head.
Re the “Christian Bale goes mental” incident, I particularly like the bit roughly halfway in where you can hear the scuffling around as he goes for the poor bugger… then calls him a “nice guy.” Twice. I reckon the best way to deal with that would be to start giving it back to him x10. Just go absolutely goatstaring, dogstrangling psychotic at him until he jumps you for real, then sue him seven ways to Christmas. Martial arts training or no, he will get dragged off you at some point, you get fired but receive a nice little payoff that won’t dent Bale’s wallet in the least, you become an internet hero, Bale gets all fired-up for his next scene. Everyone’s a winner.
Mediator: Salvation – “Don’t take any guff from these swine.”
LOL, I like your solution. That guy obviously isn’t that great at his job, might as well get a couple million for NOT doing the work…
