Come Thursday, the brothers Winchester will be back in action thumping demon butt and carrying out angel orders on Supernatural on The CW! The episode coming up is called Family Remains.
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate the appearance of a young female ghost (guest star) in an abandoned house, but things become more complicated when a family moves in.
The brothers fail to get the family to leave, but when the son is kidnapped though the walls, they look to Sam and Dean to rescue the boy.

The episode after, airing on January 22nd, is called Criss Angel Is A Douchebag (sorry about the language, I didn’t name the episode).
Three aging magicians attend a magic conference and prove that they still have a few unbelievable tricks up their sleeves – but are they only illusions? Meanwhile Ruby tries to convince Sam to use a little magic of his own. Guest starring Barry Bostwick, Richard Libertini and John Rubinstein.
But that’s the boring stuff. There’s a few other goodies I’ve come across over the last few weeks I thought I’d share with everyone.
Will the fallen angel Anna return?:
If you remember Dean fell for Anna, a fallen angel. Dean and Anna seemed well matched and hit it off pretty good. Like, in the backseat of the Impala “good”.
Anna was popular with the creative forces behind the show and it’s been said they’re looking for ways to bring her back. They liked the double dating combo of Dean dating an angel while Sam dated a demon. Man, that’s a serious ying-yang.
There’s been no other concrete developments yet, but as soon as I hear them, you’ll know about them!
John Winchester had a third son?:
Jeffrey Dean Morgan is everywhere these days. Besides Supernatural he’s in projects like Grey’s Anatomy, Days of Wrath & Watchmen. Upcoming projects include All Good Things, Shangai & Taking Woodstock. Well, John Winchester might be just as prolific as his alter ego.
The word on the street is that Sam and Dean are not alone. There may actually be a third Winchester brother out there! Wow, interesting twist indeed. At this moment, the third brother hasn’t been cast yet but that’s definitely going to be interesting. I don’t know what a third brother will do to the dynamic of the show, but my question is who will he date? Demon? Angel? Human?
Supernatural Charity:
After some fun news, here’s a productive bit of information. Supernatural fans have launched a charity drive called “Support Supernatural”. They collect your good hearted donations on behalf of Jared Padaleki and Jensen Ackles.
Donations go to benefit the Best Friends Animal Society and Make-A-Wish Foundation International. Causes both actors have shown support for in the past. While the site looks to support great causes, it also tries to generate higher ratings for the show via this exposure.

Sounds like this’ll be worth a watch. Gonna give this series a try, hopefully it’ll leave a much better impression in me than what Heroes is doing to my sanity.

I’ve watched this show since the beginning and I love it. The Brothers Winchester have come along way since season one. But I don’t think they need a scrappy young half brother to help them fight the bad guys. It’s another comparison to “Charmed” that this show does not need.

The show doesn’t need a third son, and I hope is not true. And if this third son appears I just stop watching.
It’s grown on me too gang. To the point that I would trust the writers and see what happens, regardless of the changes. I’d rather let something tick me off than walk away because of a simple change.
I wouldn’t walk away if they add a third brother but I’d really have to work at liking him unless he was charming at first sight. As Samuel L. Jackson said in Pulp Fiction “Then he’d better be one charming mutherf*$king pig.” Except substitute “third brother” for pig.
They’d only loose me if they really started sucking the big one or if one of the brothers left.
I like Dean with an Angel and Sam with a demon. Irony can be pretty ironic sometimes.
Can’t wait until the ep is released on iTunes because I have a season pass for that show and Bones. The only problem is how slow the network is about getting the new episode to Apple. Sometimes it can take two days and I wonder if that’s a business decision more than anything else.
Ok, I’m random today. I know it. They added a new medicine to the narcs I’m already taking for my back so if I seem dumber than usual, that’s why.
I lived in Saudi Arabia for 8 years where they don’t have a lot of quality programming on TV(unless you’re Muslim) but this is one of the shows I gave a shot and bought on a whim from AMazon and I have to say the first season blew me away but I never followed it any further although I have the first three seasons on DVD…I think it may be time to haul all three out and watch them in a two week marathon…
How were seasons two and three compared to season one without giving anything away?
Seasons 2 & 3 built up to what we have today in season 4. I don’t think it will disappoint.

It is really cool to see Sam and Dean change over the course of seasons 2 & 3. You must watch them if only to get to the awesomeness that is season 4!
ive been watching the show since it first started. i havnt missed a single episode. ive been through sam and deans ups and downs, deaths and revivals. i watch this show for two reasons, the show is awesome and sam is HOT! yeah i know.. dean is good lokkign but sam is just hot. if they had a third brother, he would have to be a great actor adn good lookign ( not better than sam) cuz i dont think ill be abel to accept him so late in the show. so if its true , he has to make a hell of a good first impression. i wont stop watcing the show , but… . if you do get a third brother, it should be Craig HOrner. hes hot, graeat actor, would bring something new to the show, has an accent , good looking, only downside is that he may be a little bit more good loking than sam . i dotn know , but u could try it out. anyways I LOVE THIS SHOOW!
