supernatural sam dean Supernatural: My Heart Will Go On Spoilers Discussion

After what seemed like forever, Supernatural is finally returning to the air – and this time, Sam and Dean are going to have some back-up… maybe.

In tonight’s episode, entitled “My Heart Will Go On,” it appears that Fate has shined upon Sam and Dean. Unfortunately, not in the way they would have hoped. With a hit-list (of sorts) in hand, Fate has put Sam & Dean right at the top.

After the always annoying Balthazar decided to go back in time and prevent the Titanic from sinking, Fate is working overtime by going around and killing everyone (kin and all) that was never supposed to survive the almost 100-year-old tragedy.

With bodies dropping left and right, Sam and Dean attempt to intervene and stop Fate from continuing her murderous round-up. As expected, it’s going to take much more than two hunters to tackle this ethereal conundrum.

‘My Heart Will Go On’ Episode Description

SAM AND DEAN TEMPT FATE – After Balthazar (guest star Sebastian Roche) changes history and keeps the Titanic from sinking, Fate (guest star Katie Walder) intervenes and begins killing those that would have died on the ship. Castiel (Misha Collins) tells Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) that Fate is very upset with the two of them and the only way they can stay alive is to kill her. Mike Rohl directed the episode written by Bret Matthews.

  1. Great episode…but it KINDA had that first Final Destination vibe lol.

  2. Loved this ep like almost every ep of this season, I hope it gets a season 7

  3. It was an enjoyable episode, but I understand now Screenrant doesn’t discuss this show with nearly as much frequency as “Smallville” It’s Sunday, and there are STILL only two comments (three, including mine). That just doesn’t seem worth the effort…doesn’t seem as if a lot of people are all that interested in talking about it.

  4. The scene where they’re trying to tempt Fate had me rolling. lol

  5. The reason Balthazar stopped the Titanic was hilarious. But yes, like Anthony said, it was very much like Final Destination. It was an enjoyable episode though. Looks like next episode is another time traveling escapade.

  6. I love Supernatural, I just don’t post alot. The show can be cleverly written and the guys are just great, with even better comraderie than ever. Hope it sticks around.

  7. Great episode! The “tempting fate” scene was hilarious. And the fact they played rock/paper/scissors like in the old days made me smile!
And it was great to see Ellen again. Also the whole soul thing seems to be getting attention now, very interesting.

  8. I can’t believe Dean didn’t make final destination reference.

    • Yeah, they should had made at least one final destination reference!
I loved this episode and its the best show on TV.
