One of the best things to emerge from Supernatural is Destiel, or the Dean/Castiel relationship that fans clamor for every year. While there are dozens of nods, lots of funny allusions during conventions and gag reels and even people who work on the show saying they ship it in private, we have yet to have them become a fully-fledged couple.
This infuriates many a fan since it often feels like baiting the audience, especially when representation is needed badly on the show and so many people ship them. At least we have our hilarious memes to turn to, not only to celebrate the couple that isn't (yet), but to laugh over their many moments together.
99 Problems
Cas doesn't have girl problems. He has Dean problems. Over and over through the years, Dean has often been a thorn in his side ever since Cas drug him out of Hell, often demanding attention and assistance from the angel. Then again, Dean has also saved him several times, not to mention serving him as a human guide and translator when Cas was completely clueless.
This meme doesn't only point all of this out, but it also serves as a perfect example of how the two men flirt, with Cas's deadpan line delivered with ferocious gaze followed by Dean's cute quip as a comeback.
At Dean's Service
For an angel, Castiel sure acts more and more human when he's around the Winchesters. This meme is funny because it demonstrates just how often he's a hypocrite when it comes to Dean Winchester. He may claim to serve Heaven at first, but over the years he's proven where his loyalties lie. Even when he's been selfish and nearly caused the destruction of everything, Dean was still on his mind.
The meme is also cute because Cas looks like a wholesome partner and makes us picture how he might act as Dean's hubby, packing lunches before they go on hunts together.
You Can't Prove It
Castiel has done some rather selfish acts for an angel over the years, often making us wonder if he's on the side of right or wrong. Once Sam had his brother and Dean's would-be boyfriend's attention, he would demand the two work out their feelings for one another and find eternal happiness somehow. Whether or not he'd hug one of them and claim them "too precious for this world" remains to be seen.

Dean's famous for claiming to avoid all the touchy-feely talk, then completely being a hypocrite and getting all touchy-feely. We've seen him issue some pretty groan-worthy pickup lines to many a date, and it's about time Cas were given the same treatment. Dean's given Castiel plenty of ambiguous comments over the years but it's high time that fans received some direct confirmation of the attraction on the show.
Enter this meme! It's so cheesy that it's hilarious, yet it's pretty perfect, especially given Castiel's evolution over the years. The angel would've taken his words literally in season four, which makes it even funnier.
The Divine Plan
The excuse we're given over and over again is that everything is part of God's plan... until it's not. So what if it were all Cas's plan all along? What if he'd been watching Dean on Earth, wrangled the job of yanking him out of Hell on purpose and set in motion his own plan?

This is SO Castiel that even if Dean declares his feelings, we're going to fully expect him to respond like this and have Dean really spell it out for him, which is what we all want anyway.
Over The Rainbow
This homemade meme is so funny because it's rooted in reality: Castiel has proven many times that he prefers Dean to Sam and has even stated that they have a special bond, which is alluded to in this meme. In this artwork by Kits_o.o, we see a cheerful rainbow, symbolizing the LGBTQ representation within Destiel, as Cas whisks Dean off... without Sammy.
Poor Sam. It would be sad if it weren't hilarious, especially given the puppy dog look Sam is capable of giving. Castiel is just ready to run away somewhere over the rainbow with Dean and the hunter is totally on board.
I Want That One
Another meme that suggests Cas has been watching Dean for much longer than he's been on the show, this hilarious meme not only highlights Castiel's membership in Team Free Will, but depicts him defying God, Michael and Heaven in general as he takes off after his one true love.
It's so funny because we want to picture this going down before Castiel yanks Dean out of Hell rather than Cas fulfilling his mission to serve Michael and bring about the End of Days. If it did, then everything Cas did was to double-cross his own team all along in the name of love.
On It Like Sheen On Linoleum
If Dean's there, chances are that Cas will be there, too, which is why this meme is so funny. It uses the floor to symbolize Dean and Cas just plasters himself onto it like sheen on linoleum as soon as he assumes it's his beau. The meme also reverses the old "The floor is lava!" game that many of us played as kids and makes a temptation we want to be all over instead of a danger to avoid.
It could also be interpreted as Cas protecting the floor from any harm, since that's often been his job since joining Team Free Will (except for when, you know, it was the opposite).
