Recently I watched the special features on the "Spiderman 2" DVD and I hadn't realized that they incorporated a really slick muscle suit underneath the costume. Very subtle and made up of individual pieces to simulate individual muscles. When I saw the movie I had no idea, and they should do something similar with "Superman Returns".
