The new Rey Hot Toys figure has been revealed and, yes, of course it comes with two adorable porgs. Coming off the heels of the new Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer, which was most-viewed trailer ever for Lucasfilm with over 120.1 million views, one of the most talked about additions to the galaxy far, far away are the furry, penguin-like sea birds who live alongside Jedi Master Luke Skywalker on the planet Ahch-To.

Since the porgs are totally adorable, it’s no surprise that they’ve become the next Ewoks of the franchise – lovable, yet there are some Star Wars fans who probably want to see them turn into a meal (not that Luke would ever do such a thing). Over the past week the porgs have turned into Internet stars taking over the new trailer and popping up in fan-made The Last Jedi posters, Mark Hamill and William Shatner are joking on Twitter about them, poor BB-8 is becoming depressed over losing the spotlight and director/writer Rian Johnson even had to assure worried fans that the porgs will have their place in the movie and aren’t just serving as a cute marketing tool.

And it doesn’t look like the porgs are going anywhere anytime soon, because now the little stars are featured as an accessory with the new Rey (Jedi Training) Hot Toys figure. The new 1/6th scale collectible is crafted based on her appearance in The Last Jedi featuring her new blue and grey outfit like the tan one she wears in The Force Awakens, an LED light-up lightsaber that comes with an interchangeable blade which immolates the blade in motion, her signature quarterstaff, a blaster, sets of interchangeable hands, a figure stand and, as a special bonus, two adorable porgs that stand about half the size of Rey’s boot. Take a look at the figure below:

The new Rey figure has us wondering about what her interactions with the porgs is going to be in the film. We know that the birds live on the island with Luke along with another amphibian-based species known as the Caretakers, who care for the ancient structures on the island where the first Jedi temple was located, so we have a feeling that the porgs are going to be around to watch Rey’s Jedi training with Luke. It's going to be interesting to see just how similar the porgs are going to be to the Ewoks, who were pretty fierce in Return of the Jedi taking down Stormtroopers with sticks, rocks and primitive bows.

We also get a glimpse of one of the porgs in the new trailer sitting (and screeching) new to Chewbacca on the Millennium Falcon, so we have a feeling that one of the porgs is going on an adventure just like BB-8 when he’s saved by Rey on Jakku.

Fans interested can pre-order the figure from Sideshow now.
