Paramount has just sent us two new Star Trek character posters in the same vein as the black and white Kirk & Spock posters that came out recently. These two feature Eric Bana as the Romulan movie antagonist Nero and Zoe Saldana as Lt. Uhura.

I’m really liking the look of this poster series and I’m looking forward to the rest of the characters.

Seriously though, the one of Quinto as Spock is awesome.
Both of these posters are good.
Bana as Nero and Nimoy as Spock – the two characters I can’t wait to see.
Bana looks bad ass.
Note the distinct difference between Nero’s left and right ear. Remember, we saw something like this in the first promotional poster.

First off, I would like to say that I really appreciate you and your colleagues passion, dedication and spirit that is SCREEN RANT. I applaud the diversity, and the all encompassing subject matter. I’ve waited my whole life to discuss and “rant” about many of the subjects you entertain. Especially my fascination of the superhero genre. I enjoy the way in which you create topics where we can all dialogue uniquely and with freedom. Thank you for your efforts. I have a question: Didn’t I see the other cast members in the black and white poster format, like the latest, Uhura? I thought that I saw them in one of your newsletters? Thinking I did, and then whilst looking through the emails, I found nothing. Maybe I deleted it. I KNOW it states that “…two new Star Trek character posters…”, I would bet money that I saw the others. So set me straight. Did I see something like that, or is it just my imagination? The posters you’re referring to showed partial faces and where in shades of color. When assembled they created a Starfleet insignia.
