I’d like to see the Doomsday machine on the big screen. There’s no bigger thrill for me then seeing all of the galaxy unit in fighting off a giant mechanical planet killer. I thought that the revamped version of the original series episode did the doomsday machine good justice… Now if only on the big screen…

Personally wan never a fan of either transformers or trek and had never seen anything on them up until the movies and I just want to say that transfromers was a good movie but trek was an incredible movie. I was really shocked that I enjoyed a Star Trek movie. The humor was very well done and was NOT overdone by any means; that part of the movie clearly worked, you dont want a movie that is too dry. I feel that the second one has a a lot of potential and lots and lots of things to explore as many things are fair game in the star trek world…

Greenknight, I have not seen Trek either but from what I have read on this site is that the majority like it…right? But what you guys are forgetting is that Lindleloff played a hand in helping these two idiots!
yes, I do not like them!

Think about it, when these two morons have assistance, you get Star Trek. When left of their own, you get Transformers. Bumblebee pissing, that is not a spur of the moment thing. It had to be written in so that ILM can animate it.

On the humor: in Star Trek I enjoyed it because it was really well done. In Transformers it was dreadful.

It’s funny; right before I read your tribble comment, I was thinking they could bring in tribbles for comic relief, not an entire movie about them, but have them on the ship during a mission and then get rid of them later.
