people started doing it because for one it’s hilarious to Rick Rolle some one, cuz they expect something extremely good, and then end up with the 80s video of Never gonna Let you down, but they were let down, hence for they were Rick Rolled.

It has gotten to the point where whenever i get rick rolled i just finish watching the effin video just for the fact that still today anybody could get rick rolled. I actually thought this video was going to rick roll us all at the end… i feel like its stalking me.
