I just don’t like seeing someone being asked to struggle using a second language for our comedic entertainment maybe racist was the wrong word to use but I just found it distasteful

Explaining a story (movie or whatever) in a foreign language is excellent practice. I had to describe the Amber Spyglass in Spanish today and I did not do that well. I find her inspirational.
Is the Michael Shanks here the actor? (ie from Stargate SG-1) or another person with a coincidentally identical name?
