Screen Rant Readers Invited To Spike Scream Awards!

Hey gang - finally we’re getting some goodies here at Screen Rant for you loyal readers. Spike TV has contacted us and is setting aside a bunch of priority tickets for those of you who can be in the Los Angeles area on October 18th for their Spike Scream Awards!

This is an invitation only event, folks and here is your invite.

The info and descriptions below come straight from Spike TV… If you end up going, drop us a line and let us know how it went - and if you’re inclined you can even be a “cub reporter” for us and fill us in on your experience at the show. 

What is the Spike Scream Awards?

It is a 2-hour television extravaganza that pays homage to everything that is great about COMICS, FANTASY, SCI-FI, and HORROR. The amount of talent and creativity that goes into these genres needs to be recognized, and they were the FIRST ones to celebrate and honor them. that is where Scream comes in and kicks ass.

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW TO LEARN HOW TO BE BOOKED AS AN OFFICIAL INVITED GUEST/AUDIENCE MEMBER.

Scream will not only be packed with killer A-list talent, but it will be full of the hottest women around. All of your favorite heroes, legends, and freaks will gather for one incredible night!. And like any good graphic novel, action will ensue.

And to complete the whole Scream experience, Spike will transform the Greek Theatre in LA into audience eye candy, a visually stimulating experience that will be consistent with the show’s edgy theme, full of action, thrills, shocks, and surprises.

You will be getting a seat to Spike’s biggest award show of the year. Everyone will have a great view of the show and seat & seat fillers will get the chance to be in the most coveted area of the venue!

You will be either Seat Fillers or Casted Audience:

Seat Fillers: Fillers’ job is simple…they fill the seats when celebrities and talent leave. This is a fast-paced, fun position where you end up getting one of the best seats in the house, while helping out some of your favorite actors and actresses. This is a highly coveted “job” because it gives you the talents view of the show. It requires some that is cool & can keep their cool while having a great time.

Casted Audience: You come to the show and have an awesome time! Your job is to give us a lot of energy during presentations & performances. Please - read this document in full, follow all the rules  & HAVE A GREAT TIME!! While you will be having fun, your job is to give us a lot of energy during presentations & performances. These tickets are not for sale and given on an invite only basis!

REQUIRED DRESS: You will be out doors the entire time.

ROCK n ROLL, Tattoo’s showing, Spiked/colored hair, BLACK T’s, Gothic style dress, Dress like your fav comic book character, horror slasher, Sci-Fi villain, etc, etc. ROCK n ROLL, Tattoo’s showing, Spiked/colored hair, BLACK T’s, Gothic style dress!!!…this is the only awards show where you can come casual and be dressed PERFECT!! Think Halloween meets rock concert!

Those dressed the best properly will GET THE BEST SEATS!!

• NO shirts with large logos

There are no hard tickets- upon confirmation; you will be placed on a VIP list.
*MUST BE 21 with ID due to alcohol on premises
*YOU WILL BE PUT ON A SECURITY LIST UPON BEING CONFIRMED BY PHONE
1.    GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN
2.    ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO A MANDATORY SECURITY SCREENING UPON ARRIVAL AND THOSE FOUND WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISMISSED:

NO drinks, drugs, weapons, food, gum, cameras, video
Eat before you come
Use bathroom before you come ( we do have limited facilities)
NO BAGGAGE-TRAVEL LIGHT!!!! Security is tight
Bring only necessities
No attitudes, trouble- LAPD will be on hand
PROBLEM will be dealt with by LAPD
