Now that The Avengers has smashed the summer box office wide open, we're looking ahead to the next batch of big-screen blockbusters coming down the pipeline - and few are bigger than Sony's reboot film The Amazing Spider-Man, and Universal's new spin on an old fairy tale, Snow White and the Huntsman. On a lesser note, we also have new material for Paranormal Activity creator Oren Peli's next horror film creation: Chernobyl Diaries.

Today's Amazing Spider-Man TV spot is actually a "preview of a preview," teasing an upcoming 4-minute extended trailer that is set to debut next week during the premiere of America's Got Talent. The clip we have for Snow White and the Huntsman sees leading ladies Kristen Stewart (Snow White) and Charlize Theron (evil Queen Ravenna) going head to head, and with Chernobyl Diaries, we have a new viral video to share.

Amazing Spider-Man trailer 3 impressed a lot of naysayers - but there are still some holdouts who are resigned to the opinion that Sony made a mistake rebooting the franchise so soon, and that there is no possible way that new Spider-Man Andrew Garfield and director Marc Webb can outdo the work of Spider-Man trilogy director Sam Raimi and star Tobey Maguire.

The upcoming 4-minute preview will have to both sway the haters and convince supporters that the latest trailer wasn't just clever editing. Until then, enjoy some more new footage in this preview preview:

The Amazing Spider-Man will be in 3D theaters on July 3, 2012.

Snow White and the Huntsman blew onto people's radars thanks to some fantastic trailers, which showcase first-time director Rupert Sanders' darkly lavish vision of Snow White as a Lord of the Rings-style medieval fantasy - complete with swords, shields, magic and mystical creatures both awesome and terrible.

However, at the center of the story is the struggle between Snow and the evil queen who wants to consume her heart. Get a sneak peek at that battle in the clip below:

Snow White and the Huntsman will be in theaters on June 1, 2012.

Chernobyl Diaries follows a group of twenty-somethings who are into "extreme vacationing," as they brave the irradiated wasteland of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, only to discover that some horrific creature(s?) is still occupying the cursed land.

This viral video shows an archive of the group's risky outings - with the not so subtle thematic hint that said vacations usually lead to some kind of disaster, as they surely will in this film. No worries about the "cellphone cam" at the end of the video - Chernobyl Diaries will NOT adhere to a found-footage format:

Chernobyl Diaries will be in theaters on May 25, 2012.
