  1. I still don’t know what to think about the upcoming Spider-Man flick. I truly don’t want the angsty, emo version of Spidey.

    • other than his mask it looks to be more accurate to t… i like it but im still skeptical he comic spiderman, and ive heard that the villain is the Lizard which would be awesome

    • How the hell can you tell he´s emo?! Because he doesn´t smile on every damn pic or in the trailer? I´m sick of comments like yours.

      • My comment was aimed at Hiro…

      • Agreed.

His parents are dead and one more family member is dying in the film. He has a legit reason to be depressed. on the other hand its cool to call people emo on the internet.

    • Back in the original comics Parker was very “angsty.” I actually really liked a lot of what I saw in the footage. The fact that they’re using a lot of practical/live web-swinging makes a big difference and adds a lot. There was a lot of acrobatics that looked really good and one scene where Spidey was making jokes/teasing the bad guy he was stopping and it had a lot more of the snark that was only briefly touched on in the original films.

      • Will we see any of that footage? I mean before the movie is released.

        • I’m sure more footage will be released before the movie comes out.

          • Vic – what did you think about the Lizard footage?

            • I wasn’t really a fan of what I saw. I will give it the benefit of the doubt, assuming it’s not-quite-finished CGI.

  2. Hopefully we can get a Total Recall teaser soon. I’m interested to see how they handle the remake.

  3. i dont want another ghost rider, especially with Nick Cage… just let it die.

    • Chris,

The Ghost Rider footage looked really wicked. This is a VERY different movie from the last one. More like a horror movie than a superhero movie.

      • Yeah but every time I see nic cage i think…’he’s only doing this for the paycheck because he is terrible with money.’ im just glad he played a character that died in kick ass.

        • I agree. He´s a terrible actor. The only good movies that feature him are Kick-Ass and Leaving Las Vegas.

  4. I´d love to see Zombieland 2. I watched the first one yesterday and I still have a grin on my face…

  5. I want to see this image of The Lizard….. You think it will leak somehow?

  6. I was never worried about this reboot, this just makes me more excited to see Spider-man in theaters again! ^_^

  7. Ghost Rider 2; Eh why not

Total Recal close to the novel; Im for it. Still love the original in all it Arnoldness

Amazing Spierman; Cant judge a film by a trailer but im still not a fan of the costume. I wish they had gone with a realistic costume that looked like it was created by a student with all the flaws that would come with and stuck closer to the original design. I like andrew Garfield as an actor though I wish they found actoe who was 15 to play peter and reallly fleshes out what it meant to choose being a superhero over being a highschool teenager. I was very social teenager and not showing up at a party beacause i was grounded, coupled with the fact my so-called dream girls personally inviteed me felt like the end of the world. I wish they captured that feeling with the fact that Peter had to choose to use his spider-man persona to go on patrol because of the guilt he feels of letting his uncle Ben Parker die. Still interested om how this turns out.

    • if they cast someone who was 15 to play peter parker, then the shooting would probaly double the time than it actually took since minors have certain limits of hours they have on set.

  8. Sam Raimi & Tobey McGuire may be gone; I just hope that the Spiderman franchise is not gone with them. I have my doubts about this flick, but will try hard to give it the benefit of the doubt….(“Grunt, grunt, pant, whew…still trying hard to give it that benefit…!).

  9. Cant wait to see this just because the lizard is in it, and it looks as if they have taken the darker realistic stlye and used it in this film, hope we see doc ock cameo, and then make it into the sequel, and maybe even scorpion too, and save the green goblin for the third and final.i really think if you do not changes things up from film to film and add new characters and things then people kinda get tired of seeing the same old thing and they have definitely changed things up, for this one.but like in x-men 1,2,3,and origins it was all four films about wolverine people just get tired of one characters over and over and not useing others

  10. Dr. Dre played basketball?(Insert witty sarcastic tone) :D

  11. okay so peter parker is an outsider in the comics. now, in the twenty first century, pretty much the only way to be an outsider is to be emo. but im not claiming that peter parker looks emo in the trailer. i dont think its a crime to were a hoody and keep your head down. to all people who think that he looks emo: GROW UP.

    • Not only that. He looks like the “ultimate” version of Parker. And since the movie is a mix of the 616 Spidey and the Ultimate version, I´m totally ok with it.
