His dialogue WAS cheesy by today's standards [and pompously self-righteous], but it was pulp fiction and the style of the time. However, that doesn't stop me from immensely looking forward to this. SK was always my favourite Howard character, and frankly after Ahnold as Conan, and Kevin Sorbo as Kull, James Purefoy can't be anything but an improvement. Have you read any of Howard’s SK stories?
