The top five guys have finally been revealed on this season of So You Think You Can Dance. Chosen from the remaining ten male performers, the final five will now have the opportunity to perform in the live shows alongside the top five female artists.

So You Think You Can Dance is a reality competition show created by American Idol producers Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe that showcases the talents of performers all over the country. After holding open auditions in major cities around the U.S., the chosen dancers are then paired with professionals and challenged to learn new genres of dance in order to win a cash prize and, if all goes well, a successful career as a professional dancer. Lythgoe and Mary Murphy returned to judge again this season, and they were joined by newbies Lauriann Gibson and Dominic “D-Trix” Sandoval. It's now getting down to the end of the season, and the top five guys have finally been chosen.

On the latest episode of So You Think You Can Dance, the top ten guys were whittled down to the top five. In order to determine who made it through to the next round, each of the top ten dancers were paired with an all-star dancer from previous seasons and a choreographer outside of their own genre. This combination made for some pretty interesting performances, five of which really wowed the judges. The guys who made it to the top five - and who will perform on tour in the live shows - include Ezra Sosa, Gino Cosculluela, Benjamin Castro, Eddie Hoyt, and Bailey Munoz. They'll join the top five women performers - including Anna Linstruth, Sophie Pittman, Madison Jordan, Stephanie Sosa, and Mariah Russell - and take their act on the road, performing in 40 cities across America, as part of Season 16’s So You Think You Can Dance Live! 2019All-stars Cyrus Spencer and Lauren Froderman have also confirmed they'll be joining the tour. Check out the reveals below (via: So You Think You Can Dance):

Sosa and Hoyt both wowed the judges with hip hop numbers choreographed by Luther Brown and Randi & Hef, respectively. Both artists were paired up with all-star dancer Comfort Fedoke. Cosculluela, who was matched with all-star Froderman, impressed the panel with a jazz routine choreographed by Ray Leeper, while Munoz, also paired with Froderman, perfected a contemporary routine from choreographer Jaci Royal. Finally, Castro blew them away with a salsa routine choreographed by Oksana Platero and assisted by all-star Koine Iwaksaki. They'll all get another chance to prove themselves soon when they return for the first So You Think You Can Dance studio show, airing Monday, August 12 on Fox.

While fans were sad to see some of their favorites go home on the last episode, they can always relive the top ten's performances, along with the best moments from this season, on the So You Think You Can Dance YouTube channel, which features everything from heartwarming auditions to intense eliminations. They also never know who might drop by the live shows.
