Who doesn't like a good old teenage comedy-drama series? But when one comes up with a vision as unique as Netflix's Sex Education, then, the show is bound to be popular among the masses. This Netflix original is like no other teenage drama because it focuses on answering the hard questions about puberty rather than the easy ones. That, in turn, makes the series gut-wrenchingly funny and emotional.

Sex Education released its second season this year and arguably, it was quite better than the first one, with the characters developing as the story progressed. Without further ado, let's rank every episode from the second outing of the series, according to IMDb.

Episode 8 (7.7)

The season 2 finale showed a lot of promise but in the end, it failed to deliver, even though there was a big twist towards the end of it. The problem was, the viewers didn't quite understand why Isaac did what he did. He doesn't Maeve really well and it didn't look like he was into her.

Another contrasting thing that happened was Eric got back together with Adam, choosing him over his current boyfriend (Rahim), even though Rahim was always good to him, which is something one cannot say about Adam.

Episode 5 (7.9)

In the fifth episode of season 2, Jakob and Jean have a fight, while Otis and Eric go on a camping trip with Remi (Otis' father). Throughout the trip, it is perfectly highlighted what an incompetent father Remi is and that Jean was right to leave him.

Otis and Eric also have a fight, thanks to their personal relationship problems. Meanwhile, Maeve meets Isaac but at the wrong time, as Maeve is dealing with her mother Erin.

Episode 2 (8.1)

In the second episode of season 2, again, the ever so uncomfortable Otis tries to find ways to impress Ola, even though he doesn't have any experience with that particular pleasing activity. But he is good at giving advice and one such advice helps one of his teacher's sort things out with his lover.

Maeve continues to be jealous of Otis and Ola, while Jackson is told to get a tutor in order to improve his grades. Moreover, the new handsome boy in town, Rahim seems to be into Eric.

Episode 1 (8.2)

In the first episode of season 1, Otis' awkward charm is back, only this time, with a new hobby. As his mother describes it - Otis has clearly turned a corner as far as his personal life is concerned. Now, more experienced than ever, Otis heads back to school to give his fellow teenagers some sound advice.

Maeve, after being kicked out of the school, is working at a pretzel shop, and quite unexpectedly, she meets her mom over there. Jean and Jakob continue their intimate activities, despite Jean's obsession with short term relationships. Moreover, Ola, now Otis' girlfriend, joins the Moordale Secondary School.

Episode 4 (8.2)

In the fourth episode of season 2, after a client leaves unsatisfied with Otis' advice, she goes to Jean, gives a more plausible answer to her question. This proves just how good a sex therapist Jean is. She also gets a surprise visit from a client, who's directly linked to a top official at the school.

Eric is visited by Adam and while they talk, one can see that some chemistry exists between them. At the school, though, Rahim asks Eric to be his boyfriend. Otis and Maeve have a confrontation that was coming for a long time.

Episode 3 (8.3)

In the third episode of season 2, Otis' mother, Jean decides to take up the mantle of answering some nagging questions from students at the school. That puts Otis and Maeve's business in jeopardy, but Otis has bigger things to worry about - especially her mother getting to know that he runs a sex therapy clinic.

Moreover, after separating from "The Untouchables", Aimee rides to school on a public bus and she suffers a horrible incident. Rahim finally asks Eric out on a date.

Episode 6 (8.5)

In the sixth episode of season 2, Otis, in order to patch things up with Ola, decides to have a small gathering at his house but it turns out to be a party, thanks to Eric's excitement levels. Maeve and Isaac reach the party, even though Otis didn't want Maeve invited.

With all the drinks flying around, it was obvious that someone was going to do something embarrassing and it turned out to be Otis himself. He went on a rant about his personal life, hurting Ola in the process. Jean isn't happy at all with what Otis has done to the house while she was out.

Episode 7 (9.0)

The penultimate episode of season 2 is also the highest-rated episode of the series so far. The school is in complete chaos, thanks to Jean's notes being leaked by none other than the principal himself, Mr. Groff. He wanted revenge on Jean for trying to help his wife and that summed up how hateful Adam's father is.

Thanks to this, some of the teacher's dirty secrets come to the fore and some students suffer their wrath. Moreover, Otis and Ruby are shocked to learn what they did at the party and now, they have to do some check-ups to make sure everything is fine.
