Now that Joss Whedon has control of Dollhouse on Fox, we aren’t going to get any more stand alone episodes. Instead, the story will start making sense as Joss tells his tale the way he envisioned it.
Season 2 is going to pick up where season 1 left off, in the aftermath of how Alpha left everything. The Dollhouse will continue with business as normal, but the staff will be waiting for the other shoe to drop because they know that Alpha is out there.

It will also be nice to see what Joss does from here on out. Even being on Fridays, my hope for its success is not diminished. In the meantime, enjoy these season 2 promo pictures.

I’m looking forward to it. Dollhouse just came out on DVD here in the UK and I should be getting mine in the post in the next few days (it’s what I get for being cheap and not paying extra for better shipping), so I haven’t seen Epitaph One yet (even though it aired here in the UK, but I missed it).
I’m hoping season 2 goes well.
I have to be honest,while I thought that the show had a very slow first few episodes,it ended up being a pretty good show.But with the drastically reduced production budget this season and the fact that it still doesn’t have a favorable time slot,it could very well make an early exit from the Fox line up.
Don’t be surprised if they yank the show after 4 episodes and replace it with Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader.The higher ups at Fox are pure idiots.
LONGSHANKS: Don’t be fooled by diminished budget… good writers can get past that, no problem.
I for one am very happy it got renewed. I’m hoping it can build and continue on until the end. I really want that to happen. I’m looking forward to what Joss and company has in store for us this season!
