  1. The Oscars are getting more and more ridiculous in their nominations. I can’t believe movies like Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Drive or Shame were snubbed. The last time it was really interesting is when There Will Be Blood and No Country for Old Men were head to head for Best Picture. It was exciting and both of the movies deserved the Oscar. I loved The Artist but it’s not the best of 2011. Nowadays, it’s whatever movie can make the most at the box-office. Well, it’s business over art, I guess.

Anyway, love the show guys! I hope it will never end. You guys will be even more hilarious doing the podcast in your fifties.

Here’s my box-office pick for this week.
    1. Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax
    2. Project X
    3. Act of Valor
    4. Journey 2: The Mysterious Island
    5. Tyler Perry’s Good Deeds
    10. The Artist

  2. Can’t believe you guys didn’t really like Arkham City…I admit that if you just play the main missions from start to finish the game wouldn’t be the greatest thing, but I really believe the game is meant to be 100% completed. Someone mentioned something about how they wish the game would’ve allowed you to fight Deadshot…well it does. Just the way you said. You hide from him while he takes shots at you. You just have to see the side missions through to the end and it opens up so much more of the content that I think you would’ve liked to see.

    • Maybe it sounded that way but I actually did enjoy it (remember, I did say that I agreed with Dyce’s 5/5 review). I think Kofi was mostly saying it was underwhelming compared to the first game (which was such a surprise).

To the Deadpool point though – I thought Kofi was trying to say that he wanted those side-encounters to be better incorporated into the main campaign, not as scattered side missions. I could be wrong though.

      • Yeah you could be right about that…sorry, I’m listening while I’m at work so I may have missed some stuff. lol. Otherwise, great podcast!

        • No worries. I just didn’t want anyone thinking we were ragging on it!

Glad you’re enjoying the podcast… and get to work! Kidding.

  3. Jonah Hill should legally change his name to Academy Award Nominee Jonah Hill just so every day we can see how ridiculous that nominee was.
