Jon says:

Well said as always Niall.

Just another attempt to squeeze a little more cash out of the franchise.

I will say this though: If this takes horror away from the gore-porn that is so prevalent in horror these days, I’ll be happy.

Dissapointing news.

I loved the first two scream flicks and would welcome a new one.

aGeneral says:

I loved the first one and liked the third but not the second, so I welcome the idea of expanding the story as-long as they don’t get a whole new cast and make it irrelevant to the first.

So I should watch this if not to see how it turns out but for support of the franchise

Wes Craven is getting old! The same tendencies like Carpenter and Romero.

personally im a huge fan of the series… minus the second… the first and third films really pulled me into the horror/thriller scene. im looking forward to what they do with this one… i just hope they realize that film is not a slash-the-blonde-bimbo type of horror films, it really has a set theme to it… if they stick to the plan… i will be pleased.

tasouli says:

Stupid idea…but hey iof they can make like 6 saw movies and make money…im sure this will do better than that…
