Just a quick post to show off how the character “Scarlett” looks in the new, live-action G.I. Joe movie, directed by Stephen Sommers.
I have to say, this picture is HOT! For the rest of it see below.
Scarlett, the popular female soldier from the hit 1980s animated TV show is being played by Rachel Nichols. I can’t wait to see more, and yes, I’m really excited about this film, which opens summer 2009 from Paramount.

Nice that theyre keeping this cartoony. Have not got a huge GIJoe background - being a UK boy and all….but I am mates with Ray Park.
Now HIS costume is the bomb….lets hope the film aint.
thats hot, nice crossbow as well, lol. I’m a UK guy so i’ve not really got much experience with GI Joe, but I’ll watch it if it looks good, so far I approve, lol.

For those of you who feel like going into your childhood memories and start looking around for that one thing that you’ve always wanted if you were Snake Eyes or Storm Shadow, but were too young to have?

Don’t ask me about the quality, I’m still enjoying my flashback moment… But I doubt I’ll buy any of them…
Man I hope they don’t pull another X-men (costume-wise). Snake-Eyes is spot on and I can even let Scarlet’s costume slide but I hope they starting putting “wet suits” on everybody. Sure realistically it would offer better camouflage for night operations but if we’re sticking close to the over the top style of the (preferably) 80’s cartoon and comics…
Anyway, off the top of my head, Storm Shadow and the Baroness will be the only other ones with skin tight body suits.
