  1. Early podcast, YES!

  2. Have you ever thought about making podcasts as video ones, you sitting in circle and talking? :)

    • We all live in different cities and most of us don’t wear clothing.

  3. Kofi +1…….Ma-ma-ma-monster Squad.

  4. Well actually….I AM HUUUUUGE UNIVERSAL MONSTERS FAN, I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!!. I LOVE MONSTERS, OBSESSED ACTUALLY, THEY WERE MY THING AS A KID, ALONG WITH LOVING HALLOWEEN AND ALL THINGS SPOOKY!! Not superheroes. I loved them, loooooved them. I loved to draw them, think about them, see them. I own all key figures of the universal select line along with the neca figure of 2010s wolfman
Dracula, The Wolfman, Frankenstein, they are the s***, they are classic gothic style, and key stories in all of fiction.
    I am totes excited.
Screw hot toys, way too expensive, Dc Collectibles, Marvel Select and Neca is where its at. $20 price line, figures look amazing.
The black ranger might have originally black but my black ranger was Johnny young Bosch, also a great voice actor.
And besides that theyve totally gotten over they stereotype casting
You guys remember the mighty morphin suits they used for the movie, they still look amazing, not the ninja bs.
Hey Ben did you ever see the newer Voltron series that was shown on the Nicktoons channel….horrible, might change your opinion.

    • I’m not as big a fan of monsters as you but yeah, I used to draw classics and originals a lot too when I was younger. Always been fascinated by anything weird or unusual, whether it’s TV, movies, music, books or even people. Basically, growing up, people knew that if something was weird, I’d be all over it like a moth to a flame.

I still hope they turn some of Lovecraft’s stories into big budget Hollywood films though. If I had the capability, I’d create a 3D animated version of Cthulhu rising up from the ocean since I’ve had that rolling around in my head for years and really want to see it on a screen of any size before I expire.

  5. The one TV show I’m excited about at Comic Con this year?

Orphan Black….. And yes, Tatiana Maslany will be there:

    Friday July 25, 2014 6:00pm – 7:00pm, Room 6A

Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it. I have a video shoot in Long Beach…….. Damn.

  6. I don’t have anything to say about the other stuff, but I have to say this (again): there is no Supernatural without Jensen Ackles! When he leaves Supernatural is dead and done for. Jared Padalecki can’t carry the show, and while Cas and Crowley are fun they can’t carry the show either.

  7. Thought this might be of interest to you and your network.

We’re sort of like PeaceCorps for filmmakers. We send filmmakers/educators overseas to teach filmmaking to underserved kids in Honduras, Cambodia, Nepal, Kenya, and more!

    - The FWB Team

  8. I would be surprised if you guys didn’t talk about action figures, and toys, collecting statues on a podcast about SDCC. Kofi was quiet on this podcast, he must have been busy working on a article. I want a Rob and Anthony ‘Geek Out,’ podcast about their collection of ‘Power Rangers, and toys,’

  9. YES YES YES for an early podcast! It’d be cool to have y’all together for one especially if there are some mind-blowing announcements made on Saturday. Wish I could go to SD. Have fun and don’t get sick! (seriously the bug-eating sounds dubious)

  10. 1. Lucy
    2. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
    3. Planes: Fire & Rescue
    4. The Purge: Anarchy
    5. Hercules
    10. How to Train Your Dragon 2

  11. Lucy
Dawn of the planet of the apes
    Purge 2
    Planes 2
    Earth to echo

  12. If they bring out the justice league cast for a line up during the session Amell is chairing and after the likes of Cavill, Affleck, Godat, Mamoa and The Rock getting on stage in a lineup and then Amell gets out of his chair and joins them. I will flip!

  13. At first I was wondering when you all were going to upload this week’s podcast, but then I realized that you have to fly out to such different locations. It’s impressive that you all were able to get this podcast up so quickly, considering the madness that is comic con. Wish I had finished the podcast before going to SDCC, then I might have created a twitter and maybe been able to meet you guys at the convention.
