A great idea, work hard at it and it will be successful. We were at a Roy Rogers jr concert near Rochester, Mn last night and it was great.

Keep up the good work. We as well as all RR fans are looking forward to this film.

thanks

Long overdue in my opinion. I too, like many others of my generationi, watched all of the Roy Rogers Adventures on TV and now with grandkids coming along, I'd love to give them the very same experiences and ideals that Roy and Dale gave their own kids and all of us - the multiple thousands of kids all over America who grew up with Roy Rogers and Dale Evans. Their Branson Museum may be closing this month, but their legacy never will! Go for it, and do it right!!

Great idea ... can't wait to take my kids and grandkids. Casting is highly important ... this is the reason the Lone Ranger make overs have failed (and looks like it will again).

I'm just an old cowhand who grew up watching Roy Rogers in the movies and on tv. Yes, he was the real deal. Now I own his movies on DVD and enjoy re-watching them now and then.

Besides being so very pretty (yes he was), he exemplified morals and values in his private life as well as on screen. He was approached to run for political office, but he refused because he had too many fans on both sides of the fence. When his wife Dale Evans gave birth to a little girl with Downs Syndrome, they enfolded her with family love. He adopted children and treated them as his own.

His movies are fun to watch (Trigger the palomino wonder horse is a miracle) and to listen to because he had a very pleasant singing voice. I loved this man for what he stood for as much as for the years of enjoyment he gave me on tv and in the movie theater.

Cool --about time .
You have your super heroe movies making millions
Roy was even more than that - nothing fake - I liked how he played a Cowboy in Modern times ie. Cars -Airplanes etc. but still caught the Bad guys on his horse - if done in a Western setting ie. modern day Arizona - Texas etc. -it could work .
Some script ideas -- Bank Robbers etc. on the run from LA etc. `1940's or now -- would be cool .
For about 10 years he was the biggest Star in Hollywood-movies - tv etc. .

This should be an interesting attempt, although I at first expected a Roy Rogers festival compilation to reintroduce him to the modern audience.

Happy Trails, Roy!
