Never heard anything back from the owner of the website. Looks like some fan created or employee created site. The remake expands the original story a little bit and is just different enough to be watchable. So far I have to say if you never saw the original, this version substitutes nicely. If you have, I don't think you'll be offended by this one. Well after seeing the first part of this mini series it turns out Piedmont is set in Utah. The original is a strange fish: realistic and suspenseful, but you couldn't imagine people going to see it today and being content with no overt action scenes and not a comely lass in sight, 24-style split-screens or no.
