this show blows, and after I had such high expectations….I dont want to see aliens riding around in convertibles adjusting to life on Earth, I want to see humans riding around in spaceships adjusting to Mongo, thats what Flash Gordon is supposed to be about..I’ll watch the old Buster Crabbe serials and the 70′s cartoon series instead of this budgeted crap….what a waste

This series has been a huge disappointment. It’s barely more than a Stargate knock-off! I’d rather watch the old Buster Crabbe serial than this dreck. The sooner this series dies the better. Maybe Sci-Fi should tackle Buck Rogers. It’d be another great opportunity to show space portals and wooden acting.

Well, I tried to watch the first one but I have to be honest, Sci Fi is making more and more junk these days and the overall quality of the show just seems so low budget.

Unlike Farscape and Battlestar Galactica, this amongst others look like a B-movie only it’s in series format.

Eureka isn’t my favorite show cause it is to bland and boring. The stories are unoriginal and the characters are even worse. The whole concept is just not that interesting. It could have been, but then they chose to make it into a comedy rather than a sci fi show with comedic aspects to it.

Oh well, what does Sci Fi know anyway? How many shows have they murdered without giving it a decent chance anyway?

i thought the the 2nd episode was better then the pilot especially the ming subplot
but i skipped the third episode
let us know if it continues to improve
