I love the Mexico storyline, this is what he should have kept it all along, follows perfectly with his return to Arizona. He should fall for a Mexican Senorita working on his dad's ranch whose daughter is abducted by a drug cartel or “coyotes”. I live in AZ and I can tell you this is where the real current human atrocities are going on. Mexican gang violence has killed more people than ALL Al Qaida attacks combined ! Over 20 THOUSAND people confirmed murdered in the last 5 yrs as a result of Mexican border violence (drug cartels/human smuggling/kidnappings), and some in the most heinous manner imaginable, one guy had his face peeled off and sewn on a soccer ball.
Rambo needs to deal out some fictional justice since no-one is dealing out any real justice to these scumbags.

both would have been stupid. i'm SO happy!!!! rambo 08 was my F'N FAVORITE MOVIE!!!! i loved how the liberals hated it for the “racism” and “anti-humanism”. so unlike other movies today. and it looks like the next rambo will be even better. i hope it's just as violent. but the dialogue needs to be good like in the last one too. rambo is the greatest! everybody got what they deserved. even those stupid missionairys! lol

Would have loved the first story,kinda like First Blood…with him being not the hunted this time,more the hunter !

Otherwise from my feeling so far,I dislike the Mexico story !
Should have been something like Europe..Russia..or Bosnia …something like an Urban Jungle war zone between houses in a batled city or town anyway,let's wait and see!

I can't wait to see Stallone gear up and take down a CREATURE in The Hunt.
I would love to see him take his shirt off and do some hand-to-hand combat as in the first 3 rambo movies.
As far as Rambo 5 goes…I'll be there opening night in support of the greatest actor of all time.
Stallone is the only actor, ever, who I will go see one of his movies without even knowing what it's about…he's the effin man and I hope he keeps making awesome movies for us to go see.
He is the only actor of his kind and hwood needs more actors like him. Stallone makes the larger than life movies that we all used to go see in the 80's and 90's and it is actors such as he that separate the 'actors' from the 'action hero's.'

But this Rambo Vs. Mexican drug- slave cartels is going to be goooooooood too. Some of those border towns are lawless and bloody with murders in the street in broad daylight and illigeal alien gangs roaming the streets armed liked militias. Rambo killing them would be nice too.

I love Rambo films (not the whimpy 3rd)…I like the idea of Rambo going to Mexico with a good excuse to kill bad guys. Savage Hunt is not Rambo, but I would like to see Sly do more action/violent movies. Keep the gore in the script without tag-a-long comrades. Rambo should do it on his own, his a superhero!
