As to the "political ad" aspect, considering Moore's statements to date, I think that this does qualify under McCain-Feingold. It's not meant as entertainment, it's meant as a anti-Bush re-election piece. It's funny how as it becomes more and more obvious how Moore distorted facts in his film he has pulled farther and farther away from his "documentary" stance and admitted that it's a political piece. Of course that won't stop Hollywood from awarding this the Oscar for "Best Documentary" come next March. Vic I think that by now (hopefully) everyone will realize that this is a subjective film.
