 New Predators International Trailer

As the release of the Predators reboot draws ever closer, the marketing for the film has certainly ramped up. To add to the trailers we’ve already seen, a new trailer for the movie have been released which you can watch below.

Onscreen in their own movie for the first time since 1990’s Predator 2, Predators goes back to what made the first film so awesome: it takes a team of tough guys (and gal!) and pits them against the deadliest killers imaginable, showing the killings (blood and all) and not watering them down (AVP 1 & 2, anyone?). Simple enough premise that should provide for some kick-ass action and excitement.

From the looks of it so far, Predators has captured the magic and menace of the first film perfectly. And this latest international trailer does nothing to change that notion.

Check out the awesome trailer below, courtesy of Cinemablend (WARNING: There’s some bad language and a couple of moments of gore to be found so needless to say the trailer is NSFW)

Although I don’t think any humans would stand a chance against the deadly Predators, aiding  in the reboot are the likes of Adrien Brody, Laurence Fishburne, Alice Braga, Danny Trejo and Topher Grace (click any of their names to check out cool character featurettes about who they’re playing).

What do you make of the latest trailer for Predators? On a scale of 1-10, how awesome do you think this movie looks? Personally I’m close to full marks!

Predators attacks theaters on July 9th, 2010.

  1. the movie looks like a nine to me! I think i saw more creatures than just the predator. it has the same elements as the original and it stands out as it own movie.

  2. Looks awesome…but Danny Trejo said “orientated”.

  3. Is it on you tube?!? I can’t see it,I have an iPod!!!

  4. SWEET!!!

  5. 9.5
Looks great. Decent entertainment, at the least.

  6. definately 9-10 for me. ill see it opening weekend. i love that new trailer

  7. man i hope they decide to bring it to blu-ray…. cause i would want to see this movie over and over and over!!!

  8. First of all, it’s *not* a reboot. It’s a retcon. The AVP films never happened. The celebration is at hand; the party is about to begin.

Is this the summer of the Threequels? Toy Story is a smash, I’m pretty sure Eclipse will rake in cash, and Predators…?

Everything I have seen thus far looks right. Everything YOU have seen thus far looks right. The masses will speak, and Fox people will soon talk Predator 4 in less than a few months. I’m smelling a BIG HIT. And for some, a surprise hit.

That trailer gets a 10 on my scorecard.

    • Amen darren

  9. So i got it…this trailer really ties in alot. My theory is that the end goal is that they are trying to get to a Predator ship…it would be the only plausible way to get off the reserve. So when you see those clips of them exploring the metal thing thats what it is. towards the end it looks like a ship taking off also…pretty exciting though. I wonder if they will mind screw us and the people we think will survive dont.

  10. The trailer looks great, however….. I have seen many a trailer that looked great, and the movie was a flop. I will wait and see what RT rates this one.

Also, inregards to blu ray, is there any doubt that it will be released in blu ray? It seems like everything else is. This will be out on blu ray, guaranteed. Blu ray = $$$$$$$$&

  11. Looks good. A tribe full or more Predators with predator hounds, the odds are greatly stacked against the humans. No one should survive this one. That would be tight. I can’t wait to see this movie.

  12. i think the only advantage the humans have is meeting up with a survivor on the planet (Fishburne) and learning how to hide from the Predators

  13. Holy crap, I’v gotta se it man. It looks R-rated

      • Dang, well that’s not good. Seeing it anyway.
