The tattoo-clad Yakuza ("japanese gangster") Hanzo - no, not Hattori from Kill Bill - is the latest Predators character to get his own featurette before the flick hit theaters here in the states next Friday.

There is also a new behind-the-scenes clip to check out as well, which features Predators producer Robert Rodriguez and director Nimród Antal giving a brief tour of Rodriguez's Troublemaker Studios and one of the sets for the film's alien world setting.

We've already gotten a look at the deadly warriors - and one sinister physician - being played by Adrien Brody, Alice Braga, Laurence Fishburne, Topher Grace, and Danny Trejo, so it seems fitting that we should get a bit more information about the silent-but-deadly Hanzo (played by Louis Ozawa Changchien) as well.  Suffice it to say, he looks like a tough customer.

You can check out the Hanzo featurette below:

Those curious about the use of green screen and practical sets in Predators will find this video tour below to be of interest; This is also further confirmation I've heard that the movie will introduce a new tribe of the extra-terrestrial killers, alongside the ones we've seen in previous Predator outings - it does explain the creature's new look in our most recent Predators photo gallery.

Predators continues to look like it will be a tense, white-knuckle thrill ride and should please sci-fi fans that have been waiting for the Predator franchise to get back to its roots.  I doubt the plot or characters will be particularly memorable or multidimensional, but, really, is anyone expecting them to be?

What do you think?  Which of the new human characters will give the Predators a real run for their money?  Any thoughts on the film's grittier visual style and design?  Let your thoughts be known in the comments section below.

Predators attacks theaters in the U.S. on July 9th, 2010.
