Shrek 4 Movie Poster Posters: True Blood, Shrek 4, Other Guys, Robin Hood & The Losers

A handful of new posters have released recently and for your enjoyment, we’re sharing them with you. The True Blood: Season 3 one is pretty darn cool, but this motion poster for The Other Guys is absolutely amazing. I’ve never laughed so hard at a poster, even if a moving one is kind of cheating. I am immediately much more interested in seeing it.

Also, Shrek Forever After has a pair of posters teetering on the border of inappropriate and it’s part of what I love about them. The Losers presents us with six individual character posters, so check out the second page for those. Finally, Robin Hood has graced us with what I’m calling a Gladiator knock off poster.

Only a couple paragraphs down and I’m still laughing at The Other Guys’ motion poster. Hate Will Ferrell all you want (I do not), but based on this I can’t say it looks unfunny.

There’s nothing like a little blood to give you that morning kick and the True Blood Season 3 poster has some sort of artistic quality that transcends just a television show. Not to mention, if you have a friend named Joe this takes on a new meaning. I have never seen a single episode of the HBO series, but I want that poster!

Ahhh, puns. What would the Shrek franchise be without subliminal humor? Here are a couple plays on words for those of you in need of a quick chuckle.

As for the Robin Hood poster, all I see is Gladiator. And that’s got nothing to do with the director/actor connection. It just reminds me of the scene when he twirls the sword in the opening battle. The least they can do is keep a bow and arrow in his hands. He is Robin Hood after all.

I’ve got to give The Losers some credit. Each one of the characters looks bad-ass, but nothing will beat Zoe Saldana wielding a couple handguns. That’s a poster I can look at every day.

  1. I saw the “True Blood” poster a couple of days ago and I forwarded it to a friend of mine who said she didn't get it. Needless to say we're no longer friends. ;)

I hadn't heard of “The Other Guys” before but that poster makes me want to see this movie. Mark Wahlberg is showing up in the strangest of places these days (he is my favorite part of the “Date Night” trailer).

  2. The Dexter poster is my favourite….

  3. It was great…
