Poster Friday: Kick-Ass, Avatar, Green Zone, Wolfman & More!

I'm excited to see Clash of the Titans.

The Avatar posters are eh... The fake one was kind of neat but you could tell it is fake, haha.

Thos Up posters are cool. Amazon is having a deal until the 10th, if you buy Up on blu ray you get $10 off another blu ray. Think I'm gonna pull the trigger on that deal, wanted Up anyhow. :-P

The swedish film was great(Im norwegian), not horror or thriller if you ask me, but pure exellent drama. To bad Americans dont watch subtiled films. the american one will proberbly be more action, jokes and have adiffrent feel, and if I know hollywood right, than they change the ending a bit, and make a sequel and franchise the hell out of it...

What other blu-ray will you get with it?

I found this morning looking at the site that it has to be from a list of blu-rays, mainly other Disney films, but not any of the ones I wanted to get... So now I might not get it yet. If they had Finding Nemo in that list or The Incredibles, I would have jumped on it, but they don't...

I loved the trailer for The Wolfman, and I also like the poster for it as well.

At least it hasn't been airbrushed to the point where it's almost unrecognizable.

Frankly, I doubt it really matters to anyone. I'm sure the people who are looking into the magic crystal balls and hoping that it will fail thinks that the fate of the movie rests on them and their opinions mean so much, but most likely when the time comes those people would have the rude awakening and find out they are not as important as they think they are... But we'll see when the time comes... :-)

cant wait for clash of the tiatans and wolfman rhose two are going to be awesome. i just wish the would remake the creature from the black lagoon i loved the black and white films as a kid i just want them to update it like the wolfman.also steve altens book the loch would make a great film.he really thought that story out and it would do great.i think they neeed to do more monster movies,and animal films like anacondas,jaws,and rogue, we need some really big taranchulas in the amazon,and some more films like island of dr moreau because science is so close to what that story talks about,and splice is coming soon im sooo excited sorry i just love great horror,and sci fi films.as long as film maker use great stories that they actually take time to think them threw,use good actors,and blend the cgi with practical effects then movies will work.anyways cant wait for these films.

i dont get why people are hateing on avatar? i never played the game so maybe im missing something. but it looks alright to me. as a fan of video games i get why some could get mad look what they did to the resident evil franchise.i just want them to remake it more like the first video game so i kinda get what people are feeling.i would also like to see a underworld the begining,a underworld between rise and underworld 1,and a underworld after evolution.a hulk sequel would be great,and as many x-men film they can do as long as they think them threw and not change characters would also be awesome,like magneto with apocalypse,x-men firts class1,2,and 3,with the sentinels,and sinister, wolverine2,and 3,deadpool,gambit,mystique,nightcrawler,new mutants with beak,chamber,prosimian,husk,tito bohusk,anole rockslide,glob herman,and angel salvador,district-x would work,and x-4,and x-men 5 back to back so cyclops,colossus,rogue,angel,storm,beast,iceman,nightcrawler,gambit,wolverine,the professor-x,and the villains all get their share in the story and n ot just wolverine even though i love wolverine .i think its time for the other x-men to shine it not just about wolverine.these are the things that mostly all x-men fans want to see.

I'm definitely not hating on Avatar. Hot at all. I think that it will do quite well in it's opening weekend, and it will retain the top spot at the box office through both the Christmas and New Year's weekends.

By the time we get into January, Avatar may not be in the top 5 (it will drop to the lower half of the top 10), but it will have done quite well. I'm also going to go out on the proverbial limb and say that one of the things which will keep Avatar at the multiplex a bit longer is repeat business.

If memory serves, one of the reasons why Titanic did so well at the box office was due to repeat viewings. If Titanic could get people to come back to the multiplex and see it again, despite the fact that the film was three (?) hours long, the same thing could happen for Avatar.

i dont know if its me but in the trailer that was released in youtube one of the superheroes had the batman costume, the same one from the dark knight, only difference is that the ears are missing and hes holding a gun
