But my friend, for whatever reason, decided to rent 88 Minutes with Al Pacino, despite my warnings that it got phenominally low ratings on rottentomatoes... Well, let me tell you, that movie SUCKED big time. Almost none of it makes sense and the acting was pretty bad, even Al Pacino, but I guess it's probably because he didn't care, and with a script like that, I don't see how you CAN care... I felt like I was in mystery science theater 3000 because my friend and I didn't find 3 minutes in the movie that was not worth commenting on. There was ALWAYS a "omg, that is so stupid, why would they..." comment around every bend... What a waste of our time... Very funny. !!!!!!! I didn't realise how many Matrix references were in the film until I watched it again on dvd. I think they even used some of the props. Check out the phone in Racers house,,, it looks like the phone Trinity answers in the first scene of Matrix. Also the ring is exactly the same.
