@ 790. Yes, that is such a great film. I saw it in cinemas at the time of its release.
You know I had no idea that attracting readers to my movie blog would be so difficult. I guess I have a natural habit to repel people.

I just get nearly all my entertainment news from Screen Rant. I have visited other sites but I like this one most of all; 790’s is very good. I guess it’s because Vic puts a tight reign on bad language and such.
I get my movie news from about 5 different sites, Screen Rant included, but SR is the only one I comment on. I guess I just get more of a community feeling here than on other sites.

Upon Closer inspection the bird appears to be a Woodpecker of some sort, though Im keeping my eyes peeled for the true dove lol.

Watched a Hideo Gosha film last night called Kagero starring some my favorite actor of all time Tatsuya Nakadei and hot Japanese Yakuza chick (who we get to see topless, with smallish but firm boobies). There was a 2 minute Half naked Lesbo- Geisha make out scene. Highly recommended Bad Ass Yakuza film by one of Japan’s greatest film makers and starring it’s greatest actor of all time

Haven’t heard about a release dte for the IM2 trailer yet, but I figure it would be out closer to the holidays. After all, the next Super Bowl is in February, and if memory serves, the 2008 Super Bowl should have been called the “Iron Man” Bowl because of how often the IM trailer was shown during the game.
Can’t wait for IM2, though.
Has anyone heard anything about a live action Robotech movie?

If I needed further evidence that Quentin Tarantino is a thief. Watch Kagero AKA Heat Wave!!! About a half hour after I watched it I thought to myself, “F–k this is nearly the exact premise of Kill Bill!” I know he watched Gosha movies as a kid. But this is the exact god damn premise!!!

There will be a Iron Man 2 world premier trailer on this years Scream Awards.
O and some film called “Twilight” will also have a premier…
Tune in, should be a fun show.

So when are the scream awards? I hope the trailer makes it to the internet soon after.
October 27…I think. I probably won’t watch it. We all know that “Twilight” will win(unfortunately).
Did anyone else hear that Megan Fox’s character may be killed off in Transformers 3? That tells you right there that they are making improvements on the film.
Is that a rumour based on the fact that no one involved in the films seem to like her that much?
It would be a nice thought to consider, but doubtful, Paramount will likely want her back as the love interest to bring in more money and simply tell Bay and co to bury the hatchet. Shame really, they’re not good movies, but at least Shia LaBeouf tries to act in them, where as Fox seems to think the fact that it’s a mindless popcorn actioner gives her license to be a bad actress.
So they kill her, they can always cyborg her in a sequel…
Yeah, they can make her into one of those slutty decepticons that tried to kill Sam.
Or maybe she already is and they’ll show it in the third one. Or perhaps she’ll die just to have her back later. Anyways, I’m sure after the big hit that was Jennifer’s Body (sarcasm intended), Fox will beg Bay to let her stay in the franchise.

I just came back from seeing the Toy Story double feature. I agree with Joshi that the 3D just adds more depth to the movie. No corny gags thrown in – which I liked!

I’m a big “House” fan and am really liking how they’re changing up some of the characters this season. It was starting to get formulaic for me. And yes, that was definitely JEJ as the evil guy!

***SPOILER WARNING FOR THOSE WHO DIDN’T ALREADY SEE THE LAST EPISODE OF HOUSE, “The Tyrant”***
You think Chase is going to go to prison?? When a king/dictator/president of a country dies, it’s a big deal, and I’m pretty sure an extensive investigation will follow…
Well, Foreman burned the evidence of Chase’s involvement but I’m thinking–do we know how they are going to get rid of Cameron? I personally think he is covering for Cameron/she put his name on it (or did she take his name in marriage?) and maybe that is how they are going to ax her out of the show.
I’d expect the autopsy to bring a few things up. Say if they test his blood again and it doesn’t point to Scleroderma, they may start asking Foreman why he chose to switch the meds. At some point that’s bound to come back to Chase.
Of course if it does point to scleroderma (and there’s a chance it could, I mean House thought it was that so there’s good reason to assume it might and Foreman said, the two possibilities are that it wasn’t scleroderma and the new meds killed him, or it was and he was simply too late), everyone’s clear… maybe. I kind of feel like that sign in sheet isn’t the only record there will be that Chase took some blood from that lady.

Looks like House pulled through for the team to give them the “out” they needed. However, there is some suspicion between Cameron & Chase. Maybe that’s how they’ll write her character off – divorce.

Ok, just saw it, yah, I was wondering how long before House figures it out. I think he should have figured it out earlier, he’s usually pretty good at that. And yah, maybe she divorces him but maybe from finding out what he did. He did lecture her about wanting to kill him, then he goes and does it, kind of makes him a hypocrite…
*spoiler for House*
I think it’ll be something deeper than her leaving him due to the hypocrisy of his actions. In that same episode (”The Tyrant”) both Cameron and Chase start off believing one thing and end up doing another by the end of the episode. Even though Cameron wanted him dead, when push came to shove, she couldn’t do it, whereas although Chase simply wanted to do his job and was, at first, somewhat charmed by Dibala, he ended up killing the guy. They both realised who they were by the end of the episode and it was still on opposite ends of the moral spectrum. I think when Cameron figures this out, that’s why she’ll leave him. I doubt it’ll be the hypocrisy of Chase’s actions as Cameron did the same thing.
Was a good episode last night though. And I’m with House “the medicine worked”.
I just watched new Heroes, and for the first time after season one I’m satisfied.
