As usual – talk about whatever you like as long as it’s related to movies, TV or Screen Rant itself – just remember to play nice.

Yea Anthony just wish she would of read the post before opening her mouth or in this case moving her fingures. I didn’t whine about anything I was in fact being positive about the Nolan franchise lol.
LOL i know you didnt man..thats just how she is i guess
I only bought the magazine because i was enamoured with Johnny Depp and was infatuated with Edward scissorhands my room was Edward scissorhands .lol oh and i had poster of Dolph lundgren as He-man lol
hahahaha what a terrible movie masters of the universe was. my sister probably still has her old tiger beat, teeen beat mags stash in a huge vault somewhere
LOL yes it was cheez whiz! lol but i couldn’t help it and was kind of disappointed they didn’t focus too much on those rippling ass cheeks ,rawwwrr.!! Actually those mags are collectors items now some bring $25 to $50 a piece depending on who is on the cover.lol I was wondering how many here have seen Wonder Woman’s new look i love it but not sure why she is wearing spurs unless..She likes kinky stuff!!!!
lets keep this PG LOL
I still read Teenbeat,,, What???
That’s how I stay connected with the new cast of Star Trek.
By the way, did yall here the news Jen is pregnant!!!
Omg I’m so excited for her,!!!!
790, ur gonna incur vics wrath should you further bring up teen beat lol, off that topic, just saw that new paranormal activity 2 trailer..looks kinda creepy i guess
I think Vic was referring to her demeanor more then the magazine Anthony.
lol, good times, good times
Only Teen beats and mags like it from the early years are collectable..I have a foot locker though full of comics ,ad mags and cracked mags and do anyone remember OMNI MAGAZINE> OK no more reminiscing back to movie subjects..
Why is 790s avatar familiar ? i keep thinking farscape but can’t quite space it was it a show with show wit this weird dude who wore his hair in weird beehive and ride in a spaceship with a guy dressed like a janitor?
i had a sci-fi weekend this past weekend, watched blade runner, starship troopers, serenity, and an old classic called alien, man, cant rememebvr when i just sat down and played movie after movie like that, was fun
I;m not being a smart ass I’m sincere its bugging the carp out of me..i know ath 790 photo from some palce..?
The shows called LEXX. Everyone should watch it on dvd! Hilarious and dark sci fi at its finest…
Lol Rogue-X, a janitor. He was a security guard sheesh. The guy with the beehive doo was a Divine Assassin, who was immortal.
I think everyone here that’s graduated from high school would appreciate it.
ah yea! i remember it now..by the way i went to Emory university ..i have a bachelors in design and fashion..lol so i did graduate ,but alot of shows are on TV when i had classes ..it was just molecules of memory but now thinking of it was Lexx it some sexual humor OH and netter was there a chic who can turn into a lizard and eat people when she was hungry ..she was kind of kinky..i loved her outfits..lol OH the dude was Stan your right i remember now he wore this hat that looked kind of like a bellhop..and they were running from someone..i cant remember..i was more far-scape fan but would watcgh this show late at night…
Dead Girl, The Man in Black and the Red Fool.
LEXX,,,
Best tv show ever.
lol 790 i think i will go look for the DVD which i ma guessing may Bea better cut than the edited for TV versions.lol
Mag now I think I understand you a bit more. At first you were coming off as saying that if they stay at all from the source material it sucks. I think that’s why so many people were questioning you. It seems your just like the rest of us for the most part you just want them to make good films even if they stray like Nolan did but in general you believe the best way to achieve a good film is to stick to the source. Is that a correct assumption.
I thought xmen was decen X2 was great and X3 was horrible. Wolverine was better than X3 not as good as x1 though. That’s what I think on the subject.
@ Daniel f
Yes that’s a correct assumption. In general I believe as long you respect and are doing your best to represent the original source as faithfully as possible, then it’s a win win situation. I’m certainly not advocating sticking exactly to the source material in a dictatorial manner per se.
@”I thought xmen was decen X2 was great and X3 was horrible. Wolverine was better than X3 not as good as x1 though. That’s what I think on the subject.”
It’s the opposite for me. I loathe both X3 and Wolverine, but Wolverine was soo bad that it made me appreciate X3 more. To be honest XO:W was one of the worst comic book films I’ve seen since ‘Batman and Robin’.
Snow crash???
Yes…Snow Crash was the novel that first brought Neal Stephenson widespread attention. It had cyberpunk, excellent writing, and a fascinating protagonist…great read and very much worth picking up.
What was EVEN cooler is that you could get a copy of the paperback copy of the book packed in with the pc game “Spectre VR”…sigh, I really miss that game and “Theater of War”…double sigh.
ugh, too many “copy”s in that post; ignore one.
thats a great book rogue-x
Thanks I’ ll look it up.

Rogue X, your just what’s this sites been lacking. A Hot Mama with an attitude!!!
I Love it!!!
XXXOO Thanks Babe!lol I really do work hard to keep fit. I had baby 18 months ago and im not as thin but my figure is coming back ..I’m a single mom so i guess i developed this attitude though im not itch really I’m not lolI’m just more frankly open to my opinions than most are..lol
Another great BBC Tv show I’ve gotten into post (David Tennant) Doctor Who, “Life on Mars” starring (The Master) John Simm!
^
A totally original blending of genres.
A must see! (5*!)
But of course watch all four seasons of LEXX first.
790 out!
I can’t believe there has been no coverage (that I have found on this site) of the fantastic Doctor Who finale! Perhaps this is going on BBC America time? Anyways, even a predestination paradox, a very Whovian yet extremely satisfying method of rebooting the universe, and a fairy-tale wedding wish couldn’t detract from an emotional and story-wise satisfying ending!!!
It’s a lot of work being a mom..lol
I had deviantart account but some reason yahoo deleted my old account and not ticked me off because i have tried to access my deviantart and i act i have contacted moderators but still no reply so i plan to rebuild new account i backed up most of the stuff i had on there ..i will let you know when i doubt it will be hen i get more time to myself as it is lately i just get few minutes through ,y day to have here and and Marveluniverse.com..lol
Vic any plans to review “Last Airbender?”
I’m reading some reviews and as I expected this ones a stinker. Possibly the biggest bomb since Jonah Hex.
I have a feeling the fans are going to be pissed,,,
*psst* http://screenrant.com/last-airbender-reviews-rob-66800/comment-page-2/#comment-217718
Unless you wanted one specifically from Vic.
Ah thanks Joshi, I need to refresh my little blackberry thingy.
It wasn’t showing up on the home page.
So Rob took the sucker punch. Lol,,,
@790
Looks like. I guess someone had to take that bullet. Frankly, I had high hopes for that film (if only because I enjoyed the source material), but I’m not too surprised that it ended up this way (although hey, “worst film of 2010 so far”, if it’s going down, it’s going down hard).
Anybody know of any patriotic movies out there I can see on the this 4th of July weekend?
I will take any genre, even documentaries.
Taking Chance – Kevin Bacon
The Patriot – Mel Gibson
Forrest Gump – Tom Hanks
Gary check out the film based on Robert Kennedy, “Bobby”.
Came out a few years ago.
