  1. Rent band of brothers. or HBOs the pacific these are perfect.

  2. What would be really awesome is CAptain America opening in July 4th weekend..lol

  3. Those are war films Rogue X, Bobby is a patriotic film.

    Perfect for todays Holiday weekend.

  4. ? OK but still those films are good fitting watch..lol how about born on 4th of July or washington the warrior which was shown on the History channel..

  5. Weeellllllll patriotic films don’t necessarily mean war films.

    ;-)

  6. You kind of missed my view ..The films i mentioned are as much patriotic as the patriot its about men and women dying fir America for our country I’m sorry you do not see ath..there are much more than war films..You know the 4th is much more than what took place during the American Revolution for our independence it goes far beyond that ..Freedom isn’t free..

  7. I get what your saying Rogue I was just thinking along different patriotic lines.

Most people always consider war films to be our only patriotic genre.

    :-)

    • hell,im just gonna watch the patriot lol, then independance day

  8. I can see ath too too bad though but sadly war is something people associate the 4th with..There’s a lot of people whop grip and bitch about things here but there’s no place else where we enjoy the things we do in the freedoms we do here ,No matter how any conspiracy nuts try to paint it all.. we live in the greatest country on the planet bar none..I am glad my daughter will grow up American.:)

  9. Maybe you should rent “Bobby” as well RogueX,,,

The film takes place on the day RFK was killed at the Ambassador Hotel after he won the nomination for California Governor.
The film is well cast and edited with clever patriotic irony that will leave you thinking how this country could have been…

  10. Oh i’ve seen it a great film ..:)

    • off topic….anyone on here in read the dark tower series? just curious, got to thinking about the next great film series, i think that’d be a good one to tackle

  11. I know they are not technically about independance day but I like to watch Gladiator and Brave Heart and the patriot is good to.

    • i just watched gladiator last week lol so thats out for me hahah

  12. new topic. i just read on IMDB that colin ferrell is gonna play ozzy in an up coming biopic…say it isnt so!!!!!!

    • Seth Rogen FTW.

      • Or it might be the only way for Mel Gibson to redeem himself.

        • And I’m sure Tommy Wiseau of the unforgettable The Room wouldn’t be averse to a phone call.

          • im all rogan’d out man…’nuff of that guy already lol

  13. )If your reading this in the future,,,

And people lined up every weekend and payed money to see them. The rest of looked on in horror, unable to stop them. look away we said! Don’t go in there!!!
Unfortunately We were completely outnumbered and outwitted.

Cinematic corruption had set into the minds of the population like a fungus. Its domination was unstoppable.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse, a few years later all films went 3D.

    8-)

    • “And graves have yawned, and yielded up their dead;
      Horses did neigh, and dying men did groan;
And ghosts did shriek and squeal about the streets.
O Caesar! these things are betond all use,
      And I do fear them.”

I told them this would happen. Sent them an email and everything.

      • beYond all use. It’s been a long, hard day.

        • “The graves stood tenantless and the sheeted dead
Did squeak and gibber in the Roman steets.”

I’m almost certain I mentioned that to them in the queue as well…

          • stReets. I tried, anyway.

  14. PittMan, you know there’s a few TV specials (Planet of the Dead, and The Next Doctor) set after the 4th series.

Tennant then bows out with the long episode “The Waters of Mars” and the finale “The End of Time parts 1&2″.

    • maybe someone should cast cruise in a movie where he dies a violently horrible death, maybe ONLY then would i wanna see any more of his blithering baffoon in action again(except a top gun sequel, for about reasons)

  15. lol spammaroo.

  16. Cinematical has a very positive review of Incption up.
