Well, 2010′s almost upon us, so tell me people, which movies are you looking forward to in the new year?
I’m kind of looking forward to Prince of Persia, Daybreakers and The Expendables. I’m definitely looking forward to Kick-Ass, Tron Legacy, Inception, Toy Story 3, Harry Potter 7 and Iron Man 2.
Green Zone, Shutter Island, A-Team, Last Airbender, Green Hornet(hopefully doesnt get pushed back), Plus all you listed above.
Plus, Vic looks very festive with his rosey cheeks
Oh and Alice in Wonderland!
IM2, Tron Legacy, Expendables, Green Lantern (2010 or 2011??), Toy Story 3, and… I don’t know, that’s all I can think of for now, lol.
Oh, Edge of Darkness!
Iron Man 2, Daybreakers and Harry Potter.
Tv wise, I cannot wait for the return of Jack Bauer on January 17th!!! Also looking forward to True Blood coming back.
And much later on in the year, the return of Dexter and Californication, both shows had evil cliffhagers on which it is clearly not fair to leave the audience hanging!!!
Well something probably not on any radar screens here. That would be “Oceans” in April. http://wdmp.rd.llnwd.net/wdsmp/Oceans/Teaser1/Oceans_Tsr1_High.wmv
I can’t wait to see Iron Man 2, Daybreakers, Clash of the Titans and Tron Legacy. Love what I’ve seen so far in trailers. Thor sounds interesting but I have to see some trailers before I get excited about it.
the tv shows I look forward to the most are Lost, Supernatural and Smallville with its big comic episode in February!
just watched avatar and it was one hell of a movie
the only downfall to it is that sam worthington drops his aussie accent almost every time he speak throughout the whole movie, even through epic moments
that and the teenage ass wipes talking about every single scene in the movie “did you see that ?” “how stupid is that?” ohh no im going to pay $20 to stare at the floor for 3 hours bloody idiots should learn to stfu !!!
Tim Burton’s upcoming Alice in Wonderland in 3D and produced by Disney will be a must see for me. I love Burton’s Cheshire Cat … its bright eyes are compelling, and with Stephen Fry doing the voice this will surely be one of the favorite characters that will come forth from this movie. Tim Burton and Johnny Depp seem to just go together … not only are they close friends … but the two of them create magic in their works. We all know that Disney is analogous with magic so this movie will be winner for anybody that wants to see a Tim Burton and Johnny Depp Disney movie.
I was thinking maybe Green Hornet, but I don’t want to count my chickens too early, at least before we’ve seen a trailer. Will be interesting to see what Michel Gondry does with it though.
TV I’m looking forward to will be the continuation of Glee (loved the mid season finale), House and Castle.
Ion Man 2 for now .
oops Iron Man 2 For now.
Vic,
have you seen The Lovely Bones yet?
I am hearing mixed reviews.
Man, there are still so many movies out now I want to see still. I still haven’t seen “The Road”. I want to see Avatar this weekend, Sherlocke Holmes next week. MAN! Good times. Good movies
EVAN
The expectations for Iron Man 2 is getting to be too much.
I’ll be seeing Avatar Friday evening @ 6:15!! My wife and I are going and we are both really excited to see it..My wife is a Sci-Fi junkie too..gotta love that!!!
@ Gary
A lot of what I am hearing being said about the Lovely Bones in a negative light is in the context of the visuals in the fantasy scenes where she is in limbo I guess…My wife read the book and stated that it was excellent and is looking forward to the movie after seeing the trailer..have you read the book? I am going to try and read it before we go see it..
@ Gary
Ion Man 2 ..hate those typos!! That could actually be the title of Green Lantern 2 : Origins: Kyle Rayner

Vic

THE HOWLING FTW MC NUGGETS!!!!!!!!
Rene Russo just joined the cast of Thor, as well as a couple of other actors….
WOW what a cast so far!!!.
As you may have not heard Roy E. Disney the Nephew of Walt Disney died Wednesday the 16 2009 he was 79…
@the old man
I did hear, it’s very sad, but at 79 years old, he did live a very long and involved life.
His career certainly had its ups and downs. I was hoping since he had participated in the trailer for the film “Oceans” that perhaps he might do some more for some Marvel titles. Didn’t realize he was this Ill. It would have been a reason to live longer, to see Marvel succeed under the Disney banner. I think Disney knows what Marvel needs, I hope his passing doesn’t change the companies publicized intentions…
