Well heck, since everybody else is going to be posting this, I might as well go ahead too. Click on the image for a larger version.
The poster is cool… I hope the movie doesn’t suck.

Around the web:

I hope the movie doesn’t suck either.
Boy what an indication of our anticipation levels eh?
Sigh.
“Fool me twice, shame on me.”
Vic
Both the poster and the full trailer satisfied and heightened my level of anticipation.
Just brill!
Simone,
I’m glad to have you here. Always enjoy your comments over at TMB.
Vic
Episode 1 and 2 were just great in every aspect – I loved the build up to the story of 4, 5 and 6. I picked up my cup to drink and was unable to do so because the trailer shocked me at how much this movie is going to be legendary. Both poster and trailer exceed my expectations of this movie. I cannot wait!
I’ve loved every single Star Wars film so far – but i think Episode III is going to be the best!
Jay, I know this will sound silly, but my favorite Star Wars film for all time is “Empire Strikes Back” which has been since I saw it when I was 10, but based on this trailer, I just bumped it to number 2 now, that’s how much hope I have put in this last installment of the saga and I am absolutely certain that it will deliver.
The SITH rules!!!
Simone,
Most people’s favorite film of the series is The Empire Strikes Back.
Vic
So does that mean its yours too Vic?
And imagine me changing that to “Revenge of the Sith!”, Now if RoTS turns out to be a dud, hunt me down and kick my butt all the way to Dagobah!
So far, yes, that’s my fave.
It would have been Return of the Jedi if they:
A. Didn’t have Ewoks in the movie.
B. Didn’t turn Han Solo into a “whipped” wimpy boy.
Vic
I did love Return of the Jedi, but not as much as Empire! I mean, I was 10 years old right, I have seen the first Star Wars when I was 7 and 3 years later there is another movie? How else can you blow away a kids brain like that?
So off I went in this family venture, and when Darth Vader was telling Luke that he was indeed his father, I was like WHAT THE HELL??? My life was totally altered! For a 10 year old that was a biggie. No other film in later years have had such impact.
