Wait, if principal photography wrapped yesterday, why is it going to take 15 months to release the film????

This May is going to be awesome for movies just for IM and Indy!!!

Vic,

Do you lie awake at night wrapped in guilt for not telling us the big secret in Trek? I know, you know — it must be killing you, my friend.

The new Trek will be cool. I’m really looking forward to it.

WHY, WHY, WHY, must we wait till NEXT YEAR to see it tho???? What was wrong with the X-mas release date?????

So next year here’s the list of films I’m looking forward to as of right now:

1. JLA

2. Star Trek

3. GI Joe

4. Transformers 2

Sounds like a natural fit for the Trek trailer.
Not to mention a great way to start the weekend!

Kel, you must be the eternal optimist if you think there is going to a JLA movie next year. On your list, the only one I can say that I am REALLY looking forward to is Star Trek. I’ll see T2, but GI Joke holds no interest for me whatsoever.

Looks like Trekmovie.com and I have differing info regarding this new teaser being attached to Indy 4. Their source says no new trailer, mine says yes. :-)
I guess we’ll find out on May 22nd.

Leaping lizards of fire, this will be great! I truly think that J.J.Abrams is the only one that has the mind and ways to restart the Star Trek franchise and make it totally fresh again, and yet totally acceptable to old-time Trekkies. I love his LOST, his Cloverfield, even MI:3 - even though I didn’t like MI:1 and MI:2 - and I’m pretty sure that I’ll love this one as well.

LOL, Andy. I really hope a good JLA film comes out next year. A JLA movie is my dream project, it’s my most anticipated film of all time. :-)
The way things are looking right now for JLA is that it is definitely happening. Warners has sunk $200 million into it, they’ve been working on the SFX for it since 2006, supposedly the film will be shot in Canada. I’m really trying to be (cautiously) optimistic about it.

I can’t wait to see the (potential)new trailer, and with Indiana Jones no less! Now if they would just get rid of those darn commercials before the movies…
