i thought the volturi is something more than usual vampires we have seen before except with special powers. the one leading? looks like a dracula.

I agree, Ross. I liked the first Twilight movie too, although much could have been done to make it a better movie beginning with better direction. Wasn’t sure that director had a lot of vision.

Anyway for the New Moon movie, I believe it will be much better. It looks like they may have taken some liberty with the storyline, but that won’t necessarily take away from my enjoyment of the movie. The casting for this film is even better. I can’t wait to see what the casting will look like for the fourth film where there will be so many interesting characters.

Posters look great. I actually think the casting has been spot on so far. Exactly how I pictured them in the books. Dakota Fanning is the best casting yet. I like that way that they are going darker each story and movie like with the Harry Potter movies. Twilight was the introduction to the love story, and they are going to get darker in theme with each movie, just like the books. It will be interesting to see how they do the last one. So much brutality and blood shed in that one.

Yes. New Moon will be far superior to Twilight the crappy movie.

Summit Entertainment has the rest of my ‘Twilight Saga’ entertainment budget counting on the success of Weitz for New Moon. Even if I don’t appreciate New Moon, I am ridiculously excited to see what Slade does with Eclipse.

I adore Dakota Fanning and I am extremely pleased with their choosing her for the role of Jane. She will fit the part perfectly as she is very talented. Too bad they weren’t so selective with their choices for Edward and Bella and Rosalie and Dr. Cullen and Emmett…(lol, sorry i’m bitter about the casting)

This third set of posters gives too much away. They should have photographed Bella with Jacob also…just my HO. For the folks who won’t/didn’t read the books.

The Volturi do not look the way i pictured them in the books, but everyone is going to have a differing opinion on that. I think they look cheesy in a SyFy Saturday kind of way.
