hitman poster New Hitman TrailerThere’s a new trailer for the upcoming video game-based movie Hitman.

This new trailer actually gives a bit more information about the story in addition to the scenes of people being executed by the lead character “47,” and tons of artsy shots in slow motion. And the lead character actually talks in this trailer. Not much, but hey, it’s something. simple smile New Hitman Trailer

After watching this trailer, if it hadn’t been based on a video game I would swear they took the idea from the Bourne series. Of course the books have been around for a while, so maybe they did get the idea from the Ludlum novels. Any way, the trailer follows after the jump.

Hitman opens on November 21st.

  1. Oh boy. Sign me up! I’m really looking forward to seeing this one. Looks like good action packed fun.

  2. Yeah, it’s starting to win me over a bit, at least on the level of a good popcorn action flick.

  3. Any one else having probs with the vid?

  4. Sorry about that Jedi… I’m looking into it.

  5. Hey Jedi, I’ve done a few things to the site, it should be much faster now and the trailer here now plays just fine. :-)

  6. I saw Hitman over the holiday and while it is a pretty good popcorn action flick, I wish they would have built up the character more. The trailer said he is the product of an outlawed faction of the Catholic church and is also combination of different evil men. I didn’t get that feeling from the movie. He did go through some type of psychological manipulation but by who wasn’t clear; if they wanted it to be a mystery, then they shouldn’t have said it in the trailer.

  7. I haven’t seen it yet and don’t know if I even will based on the reviews being so terrible.

  8. Its a great Movie for a Game Fan. A great adaptation and now Silent Hill and HITMAN are the best Video Game adaptation to Cinema.
