Seriously though, three new teaser posters from the upcoming G.I. Joe flick are out on the web and well… you know when you get that first real look at the skin of a film, as only an airbrushed poster can show you? I’m having that moment right now, and I’m going to have to say… I like it. Sleek. Sexy. Everyone dressed all in black. Worked for X-Men, and I’m thinking it’ll work out pretty ok for G.I. Joe too.

Nothing more to add except that G.I. Joe is still set for an August 7, 2009 release. The film will star Channing Tatum, Dennis Quaid, Sienna Miller, Ray Park, Rachel Nichols, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Said Taghmaoui, Marlon Wayans, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

It’s too bad ray Park gets no face though. This movie will be awesome.
I think I need a trailer to get my hyped for this.
This movie will probably sell tickets just based on nostalgia alone. If it turns out to be a good movie…
The main pull, like most of the 80’s cartoons was with those well crafted bad ass little figures and the cool weapons they came with!
Being a Brit, G.I. Joe was never as big as Action Man which was very simualr – but i have to say i’m getting pritty cited up about this movie.
Ray Park as Snake Eyes (your not ment to see he face Rob, and it’s a bit of a trend with Park anyway) has to be every fan boys cast dream come true!
I’m expecting this to be big, dumb, and full of explosive action.

Is it just me or does that first poster not look like it could be for a “Mass Effect” movie.
I cannot wait for this one….It is about time….i was really big into the cartoon and the figures..I actually still have the figures and vehicles…ok..stop laughing…

Thanks….most people I know make fun of me for having all of those. I actually still have my he-man and transformers too. Just can’t bring my self to get rid of them yet.
