Netflix has announced another TUDUM fan event this year with a new trailer. TUDUM is a global virtual fan event that the streamer hosted for the first time last year. The 2021 Netflix TUDUM event featured several exclusive looks and exciting panels for upcoming movies and shows. Overall, the event found some significant success for Netflix, garnering 25 million views from streamers across 184 countries around the world.

Now, TUDUM: A Netflix Global Fan Event is back this year with the promise of even bigger things. According to the promotional trailer from Netflix, TUDUM will feature updates from over 100 Netflix shows, movies and specials. Similar to last year’s event, 2022 TUDUM will feature exclusive news, never-before-seen footage, trailers, and first looks at Netflix projects. The trailer also promises interviews with "favorite Netflix stars," though the line-up is yet to be announced. The virtual event is free and will last for 24 hours on September 24, 2022. The format for 2022’s Netflix TUDUM event will be globally-reaching. Spanning five countries and four continents, TUDUM will take place via a series of five events around the world that viewers can tune into wherever they are based. These include an event out of Korea at held at 11am KST (7pm PT, September 23), an event from India At 11am IST (10:30pm PT, September 23), an event spotlighting films and shows releasing in the US, Europe and Latin America (10am PT), and an event out of Japan at 1pm JST, September 25 (9pm PT, September 24). With only a brief teaser out so far, the 2022 Netflix TUDUM event is likely to bring viewers some major surprises as the streamer continues to grow its library of critically-acclaimed and beloved movies and TV shows.
