Evil Dead (2013)

In this remake of the 1981 cult-hit horror film, Mia, a young woman struggling with sobriety, heads to a remote cabin with her brother and a group of friends, where the discovery of a Book of the Dead leads to the summoning of dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.

 

Oblivion (2013)

It is 2077, years after the great war with the Scavs, and Earth is left in ruin and the survivors evacuated. Commander Jack Harper (Cruise) is one of the few remaining humans on Earth, serving as a drone repairman for a large operation to extract valuable resources from the seemingly dead planet. But not all is as it seems and the mystery begins to unfold when Harper rescues a beautiful stranger named Julia from a crashed space ship.
